Saisha Saint-Cyr, MD

Dr. Megan Crochet is board certified in Adult Psychiatry and has completed a fellowship in child and adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Crochet attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine and completed her training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, followed by Tulane University School of Medicine, where she was a chief resident. Dr. Crochet provides a therapeutic medication management visit, which incorporates therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual patient needs while adjusting medication doses. Her goal is to help patients manage their symptoms while working towards, over time, uncovering the root causes. This comprehensive process helps to empower her patients and provides hope and acceptance of their psychiatric challenges. If indicated, Dr. Crochet may believe that additional therapy is also needed and recommend that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. Dr. Crochet has worked in hospital systems, private practice, and most recently telemedicine. When not practicing, she enjoys all things water, cooking and spending time with her daughter and dog.

Background and credentials    

Dr. Catherine Cashman is triple board-certified by the American Board of  Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent  Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees: one in  Finance from New York University, and another in Biology from the University  of New Orleans. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern  University and completed an Adult Psychiatry residency at LSU Health Sciences  Center in New Orleans. Dr. Cashman subsequently completed two fellowships:  the first in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at LSU New Orleans, along with  a certification in Infant Mental Health (working with children ages 0–6 years  and their caregivers); the second fellowship was in Forensic Psychiatry at  the University of Rochester and the Rochester Regional Forensic Unit.

Her treatment approach  integrates clinical expertise from adult, child and adolescent, and forensic  psychiatry, emphasizing accurate diagnosis, risk assessment, and  evidence-based care. With specialized expertise in forensic psychiatry and  competency assessments, she employs rigorous evaluation methods to accurately  inform treatment planning and risk management, particularly in complex or  legally-involved cases.

Dr. Wilbur is a Double Board Certified Psychiatrist in Adult and Addiction Psychiatry. He completed his undergraduate degree in Public Health Studies at Johns Hopkins University and his medical education at the UMass Chan Medical School. Dr. Wilbur completed his psychiatry residency training and addiction psychiatry fellowship training at Yale School of Medicine. His practice focuses on medication management, typically offered in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Wilbur has an interest in treating patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, and bipolar disorders. He also has experience treating psychiatric conditions in patients experiencing co-occurring medical illness. Dr. Wilbur believes that successful treatment begins with mutual trust between a patient and their doctor. He uses a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach. His assessments consider the biological, psychological, and social, and cultural factors that impact mental health. He implements a range of evidence-based treatments to alleviate psychiatric symptoms and improve wellbeing.

Michelle Kotte is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of nursing experience. She creates a warm, supportive environment and values open communication. Michelle is passionate about focusing on the whole person and tailoring care to each client’s unique needs.

Michelle’s approach is direct, collaborative, and centered on partnership. She works closely with clients to develop a personalized plan, emphasizing transparency and shared decision-making throughout treatment.

Michelle begins with an in-depth initial assessment covering physical, mental, emotional, social, and environmental well-being. She focuses on medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle modifications to help clients reach their goals.

Dr. Joshua Riederman is a board-certified psychiatrist with a specialization in the treatment of adults aged 18 to 65. Dr. Riederman obtained his undergraduate degree in brain, cognition, and neuroscience from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He subsequently attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and completed his residency training at JFK Hospital in Palm Beach, Florida.

Dr. Riederman places a strong emphasis on establishing meaningful relationships with his patients and supporting them in achieving their individual life goals through effective treatment. He actively incorporates patient preferences into all treatment plans and integrates psychotherapy with medication management. Dr. Riederman recognizes the importance of educating patients about their care and dedicates time during each appointment to address any questions or concerns they may have.

In his clinical practice, Dr. Riederman begins by facilitating an open dialogue with patients regarding their primary concerns for the appointment. During initial consultations, he conducts a comprehensive assessment, which includes gathering relevant medical, familial, and social histories that may influence the course of treatment. In subsequent appointments, Dr. Riederman engages patients by inquiring about developments that have occurred since their last visit, as well as any issues related to medications or significant life events.

Dr. Abby Reineck currently serves as an outpatient child and adolescent psychiatrist.  She has been practicing for eleven years.

Dr. Reineck's practice is primarily medication-management services, offered in conjunction with either supportive or eclectic therapy. Follow-up appointments average 30 minutes, but may be more or less. Occasionally, Dr. Reineck believes the addition of a therapist is needed and will request you bring a therapist into your care team. This will be asked of individuals if she believes it will lead to an improved clinical outcome.

Dr. Reineck received her medical degree from Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University, located in Dayton, OH. She completed her psychiatry residency and child-and-adolescent fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, in Hanover, NH.

After completing her training, Dr. Reineck moved to Brattleboro, VT, where she became an attending psychiatrist at The Brattleboro Retreat, working on both the child and adolescent inpatient units. The Brattleboro Retreat's location was such that it served a large number of patients from nearby states, which included New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut  and New York. However, it also served as the only psychiatric inpatient facility for children and adolescents in the entire state of Vermont.

Dr. Reineck also worked as the lead psychiatrist on the inpatient, adult, dual-diagnosis unit. This unit provided care for individuals struggling with addiction and mental-health related issues, some of whom required medically supervised detoxification.  

After roughly five years, Dr. Reineck moved from Vermont to Erie, PA.  She began working at a residential treatment facility for child and adolescent patients who required care in a highly supervised and highly structured setting. Dr. Reineck also began serving as a child and adolescent psychiatrist for patients enrolled in a school-based partial-hospitalization program.  Dr. Reineck gradually transitioned from these roles into strictly outpatient work. She worked as an outpatient psychiatrist in Butler, PA, where she treated child, adolescent, and adult patients. Dr. Reineck eventually narrowed her scope of practice to providing psychiatric treatment for only outpatient children and adolescents.  She did so out of facilities located in Erie and Meadville,  PA.  

Dr. Reineck completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio University. While Dr. Reineck has experience treating a wide variety of patients, her primary focus has been treating children and adolescents with a vast array of presenting concerns.
