Suzann Gordon, PMHNP
Suzann Gordon, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her advanced nursing degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her experience in the mental health field spans several years, beginning as a behavioral health counselor working with adolescents, and later as a psychiatric nurse caring for patients across the lifespan. She has worked in diverse healthcare settings, including pediatric and adolescent residential treatment, acute inpatient care, and outpatient services as a nurse case manager on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team at a state hospital.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Suzann has provided care in community health clinics, offering both psychiatric medication management and medication-assisted treatment. She has treated individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, alcohol use disorder, and substance use disorders.
