Tobias Murphy, MD

Consuelo Reddick, MD, completed her medical degree and adult psychiatry residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Harvard Medical School’s Cambridge Hospital. She is double board-certified in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Her career has included roles in inpatient and outpatient care, academic settings, consulting, and telepsychiatry across multiple states.

Dr. Reddick works collaboratively with patients, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and informed. She emphasizes psychoeducation to empower patients in their treatment journey and encourages open communication to build trust and partnership. She treats a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD, in both children and adults.

An initial assessment with Dr. Reddick includes a thorough review of personal and medical history, identification of concerns, and the development of treatment goals. She often integrates supportive therapy with medication management to provide individualized, effective care that promotes both symptom relief and long-term well-being.

Mary Birse is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) with over 20 years of nursing experience. She graduated magna cum laude with a BSN from Florida Atlantic University and earned her MSN from the University of Florida. She completed a Psychiatric NP Residency at the VA in Charleston, SC. Mary has worked in a variety of settings including the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, the Palm Beach County Firefighter’s Clinic, various outpatient telehealth platforms, and a child and adolescent inpatient facility. She was also an adjunct professor at Palm Beach State College.

Mary believes in empowering patients through education and collaboration so they can play an active role in their mental health journey. She works to create a warm and welcoming space where patients feel safe, heard, and understood. Whether the treatment path includes therapy, medication, integrative approaches, or a combination, she ensures that the plan reflects the patient's needs and goals.

Mary takes a thorough and holistic approach to care. She spends time understanding each patient’s history and past treatments—what has or hasn’t worked—and listens carefully to their current concerns and future goals. By factoring in lifestyle and preferences, she works with patients to build thoughtful, individualized treatment plans.

Dr. Micah Turpeau, is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College and completed her psychiatry residency and child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. Her training and practice reflect a commitment to supporting patients across the lifespan with individualized, evidence-based care.

Dr. Turpeau strives to create a safe, judgment-free space where patients can share their experiences openly. She encourages honest dialogue so patients feel supported, understood, and fully involved in every decision. Her approach emphasizes evidence-based medication management to reduce symptoms and improve functioning, while maintaining flexibility to adapt strategies as needs and goals evolve.

Dr. Turpeau begins with a collaborative exploration of symptoms, personal history, and goals to establish a clear treatment direction. She tailors care to each individual, balancing medication management with supportive therapy when appropriate. Through shared decision-making, She ensures patients remain active participants in their treatment. By closely monitoring progress and adjusting as needed, She provides care that is both responsive and effective.

Dr. Wharton-Mohammed is double board certified in General Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She has worked in various settings with culturally diverse populations. Her primary focus has been caring for children in the outpatient programs. Dr. Wharton-Mohammed has spent over ten years as an administrative leader. She has chaired and co-chaired committees overseeing the practice of fellow Psychiatrists and served as the Discipline Chief. She has been teaching/ supervising Nurse Practitioner students and Physician assistant students.

Dr. Wharton-Mohammed is experienced with a wide variety of psychiatric diagnoses and therapeutic modalities. She is a dedicated clinician who looks out for her patients. She views each patient and their caregivers circumstance as unique. She takes a holistic approach with a collaborative approach to help patients understand their options. While the focus may be on psycho education and medication management with supportive and psychodynamic therapeutic interventions there may be a need for additional therapy.  She may ask that a therapist be added to your treatment team. She works towards establishing a meaningful trusting relationship and looks forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals.

Tulsie Patel is a board certified psychiatrist who treats adults. She graduated Cum Laude from Drexel University and attended medical school at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) and was elected to serve as Chief Resident during her final year of training. She has worked as an outpatient psychiatrist in California and Florida and has experience in medication management, individual and group therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). She is dedicated to constantly learning and has previously published numerous articles and book chapters on various topics in the fields of psychiatry, dermatology, and psychodermatology. She is also very passionate about education and medical journalism. During her residency training, she worked at ABC News in New York City as a member of their medical unit. She provided consultation on medical stories for programs including Good Morning America and World News with David Muir. She has published a number of articles on the websites for ABC News and Good Morning America. She also has experience presenting as an on-air expert for ABC News and for mental health podcasts. She is committed to continuously evolving as a provider in order to provide the best care for her patients. Her focus is always to provide patient-centered care by prioritizing open communication and collaboration with her patients. She has experience providing care for a variety of psychiatric illnesses. The conditions she treats include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, PTSD, and ADHD.

Dr. Erlach is a board certified adult psychiatrist who has previously worked for the United States Air Force and the Department of Veterans Affairs. He attended medical school at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, graduating in 2009, followed by active duty military service in the United States Air Force until 2024. He completed residency training at the combined military-civilian Wright State University/Wright Patterson AFB training program in Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. Erlach enjoys working with all types of patients. He takes a collaborative approach to patient care and develops a treatment plan alongside the patient so that both are fully invested in the plan. He generally has weekend and evening appointments only.

Dr. Erlach incorporates therapy into medication management appointments. Dr. Erlach feels that addressing psychosocial stressors and developing coping mechanisms are a vital component to treatment.
