The patient portal is hosted by a third-party application called healowTM. We partner with healowTM to conduct virtual visits, manage health records, and make scheduling and messaging easy.
If you’re using a computer or joining through a browser on your phone, we recommend using Google Chrome.

If you’re already using Chrome, try clearing your cache. You can do this by clicking the three dots in the top right of your browser, selecting "More tools,” then "Clear browsing data.” Select the time range, ensure the “Cached images and files" box is checked, and click "Clear Data."
If you’re having trouble finding Talkiatry within healow, make sure you enter our practice code when prompted.
