Timothy Kelly, MD
I am a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in adult psychiatry. My practice focuses primarily on medication management but often incorporates aspects of supportive, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapies into my 30-minute follow-up visits. I also strongly believe in working in conjunction with therapists to achieve the best possible outcomes for my patients. I feel it is important to create strong therapeutic relationships with my patients in order to help them achieve their treatment goals.
I received my undergraduate degrees in Human Biology and Spanish from Michigan State University. I then completed my medical education and a master's degree in medical humanities and bioethics at Northwestern University, and completed my adult psychiatry residency at the University of Washington. I have authored papers in medical education and LGBTQ advocacy.
I now live in Pennsylvania with my husband, Kevin, and three dogs: Taquito, Fergie, and Mimi. While I treat adults of all backgrounds, I have a particular interest in working with young adults, students, and LGBTQ individuals.

Tony Pasik, MD
Tony Pasik, MD, earned a medical degree from Mount Sinai and completed a preliminary year in General Surgery at Columbia University before pursuing Psychiatry residency at the University of Washington. During residency, he trained in the comprehensive DBT Training Program under the supervision of Marsha Linehan’s direct colleagues and successors, served as chief resident, led the antiracism committee, and provided education on LGBTQ+ mental healthcare. Dr. Pasik has experience in outpatient, inpatient, psychiatric emergency services, and coordinated care settings. He continues lifelong learning across clinical development, community building, and the arts to enrich his approach to care.
Dr. Pasik strives to center each patient’s vision and support their journey toward connecting with their authentic self. He values healing through exploration, creativity, and integration of mind, body, spirit, and community. He balances clinical expertise with the understanding that patients know themselves best, working together to foster healthy growth through both acceptance and meaningful change.
Dr. Pasik begins by learning each patient’s story, identities, values, and goals. He collaborates with patients to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that may include medication management and psychotherapy, including DBT, CBT, CPT, supportive, and psychodynamic approaches. He emphasizes ongoing collaboration, adapting care to each patient’s evolving needs while addressing barriers and supporting progress toward their goals.

Travis Valdez, DO
Dr. Travis Valdez earned a medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences and completed a psychiatry residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. Prior to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Valdez served in the U.S. Navy as Director of Psychological Health, caring for veterans, adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, and LGBTQIA+ individuals in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Dr. Valdez strives to create an approachable, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and respected. Recognizing that beginning mental health care can feel overwhelming, Dr. Valdez emphasizes trust, open communication, and collaboration to build a meaningful therapeutic relationship centered on each patient's goals.
The initial appointment focuses on understanding each patient's background, medical history, interests, and priorities to develop an individualized treatment plan. Dr. Valdez considers medication alongside therapy, sleep, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors to improve quality of life while treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, substance use, personality disorders, gender dysphoria, eating disorders, and related conditions.
