Dr. Pressley Warrick is a double board-certified psychiatrist specializing in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Warrick currently practices full-time, offering comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. She previously established and led a Behavioral Health Clinic integrated within a Family Medicine Practice. Prior to this role, Dr. Warrick provided dedicated psychiatric care at a private psychiatry practice for over a decade.

Dr. Warrick earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, completed residency training at Baylor College of Medicine's Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, and pursued additional specialization through a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Palmetto Health/USC School of Medicine.

Known for a collaborative and holistic treatment approach, Dr. Warrick emphasizes individualized care and evidence-based practices to support patients’ mental wellness. Her professional excellence has earned recognition as Sumter’s Best Psychiatrist for consecutive years.

Dr. Warrick’s preferred treatment modalities include medication management, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and supportive psychotherapy. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, OCD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. Her typical approach for new patients involves taking a detailed patient history, establishing rapport, and setting clear treatment goals in partnership with her patients.

Dr. Miranda Morgan is a board-certified psychiatrist licensed in New York and Texas. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a member of the American Psychiatric Association. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and her medical degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in psychiatry at Texas A&M University - Temple/Baylor Scott & White Hospital, where she was Recruitment Chief Resident.

Dr. Morgan is passionate about collaborative care and telemedicine, and has held positions in primary care mental health and collaborative care settings. She previously worked as staff psychiatrist at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and held an academic appointment as Clinical Instructor for the Department of Psychiatry at New York University Grossman School of Medicine.

Dr. Morgan describes her practice style as, “patient-centered, compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique mental health needs. As a psychiatrist, I am dedicated to helping my patients overcome their mental health challenges and achieve their goals.

Dr. Schwartz is a board-certified Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry. He completed his residency at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, New Jersey, where he excelled in his leadership and knowledge, becoming the Chief Resident in just his third year of residency at the busiest outpatient behavioral health clinic in New Jersey. Upon completion of his third year of residency, he went on to become Chief Academic Resident of his program, which allowed him to bestow his knowledge of psychiatry on younger psychiatrists in training. After completing his residency in General Psychiatry, he went on to complete a fellowship in the prestigious Mount Sinai Health System in New York City, based primarily out of the Beth Israel location. During this fellowship he studied Consultation-liaison psychiatry, also known as psychosomatic medicine. It is an exciting subspecialty of psychiatry that focuses on the care of patients with comorbid psychiatric and general medical conditions. Consultation-liaison psychiatry deals with the understanding and advancement of medical science, education, and the provision of healthcare for medically ill and complex patients. Using his training, Dr. Schwartz can focus on using his extensive medication knowledge to help treat an array of psychiatric disorders. Despite medication management, he also works on a holistic approach to psychiatry, including working with the patient to get the proper therapy services when clinically indicated. During the initial interview, a thorough assessment is done, including any medical and psychiatric history, medications you may be currently taking, and supplements before any medication is dispensed. Using his knowledge in psychiatry and consult-liaison psychiatry, Dr. Schwartz's interests include depression, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive compulsive and related disorders, transgender patients on hormone therapies and post-surgical transition. He also has an extensive interest in medical illnesses with a psychiatric component such as cancer patients, transplant, HIV, and many others alike. Dr. Justine Sever Chilelli, DO, earned her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent fellowship at the University of South Florida. She is board certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Her experience includes treating children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, inpatient, consultation-liaison, school-based, and residential settings.

Dr. Chilelli values a collaborative, team-based approach where she and her patients work together to build a treatment plan. She emphasizes open and honest communication, aiming to improve quality of life and reduce the impact of mental health symptoms.

In the initial appointment, Dr. Chilelli focuses on understanding each patient’s history, concerns, and goals. She then develops individualized treatment plans that align with those goals, ensuring care that is thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Pipalia is board-certified in both adult psychiatry and internal medicine. Since graduation from residency, he gained specialized experience in treating veterans with terminal illness, specifically Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (aka Lou Gehrig's Disease), at the VA Medical Center in Portland, OR. He combines both psychotherapy and medication treatment to provide holistic care that addresses not only your mental health but also the parts of your life that surround and are deeply intertwined with your mental health. When more intensive psychotherapy is warranted, he collaborates with an experienced psychotherapist to serve you better. With his experience of internal medicine, he is also comfortable with navigating complex medical issues that may interact with your mental health. Dr. Pipalia is a graduate of St. George's University School of Medicine. He completed a combined Psychiatry & Internal Medicine residency training program at East Carolina University. He went on to complete a fellowship in Clinical Informatics at Oregon Health & Science University, learning how to use modern digital technologies and patient data to improve patient care. His academic activities include a presentation he has given multiple times on Illness Identity, teaching other clinicians how having an illness can change how we perceive our place in the world and how to help patients manage their relationship with illness.
