Dr. O'Brien is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who completed his medical education at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Following his graduation from NEOMED, he completed a residency in Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at West Virginia University/Charleston Area Medical Center. Throughout his training, he has enjoyed working in both outpatient and hospital settings and has a great passion for medical education and teaching the next generation of mental healthcare providers. Dr. O'Brien's practice focuses on medication management for a wide variety of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety disorders, depression, Bipolar Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Tic Disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. In addition to medication, he offers a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy during 30 minute follow up appointments. Dr. Lillian Cole is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and went on to earn both a master’s in biomedical sciences and a medical degree from Texas Tech University. She completed her psychiatry residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she gained experience working with a diverse range of patient populations across different ethnic, socioeconomic, and clinical backgrounds.

Amanda Favretto, LMHC

Amanda Favretto is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who holds certificates as a Nationally Certified Counselor as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Working with military service members and faith-based counseling are two of Amanda's passions. Amanda has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals struggling with concerns such as low-self esteem, adjustment, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship and communication issues, utilizing such treatment modalities as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, as well as others. Amanda believes in the importance of meeting each individual where they are at, focusing on all aspects of a person: heart, mind, body, and spirit. It has been Amanda's experience that focusing on each layer leads to long-lasting, deeper healing and growth. Believing that each person has it in them to heal and grow, Amanda considers it a unique privilege to assist people on that journey. Benjamin Joe Chambers, MD

Dr. Benjamin Joe Chambers is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of adults. He has been practicing for 7 years. His practice focuses on medication management and brief psychotherapy for patients struggling with a wide array of psychological problems. For patients who need more intensive psychotherapy, Dr. Chambers works closely with a team of therapists who can step in and provide additional interventions. Dr. Chambers attended medical school at Texas A&M College of Medicine and completed his residency training at the University of Colorado in Denver. Having completed training, he returned to Austin, TX, and was an inpatient psychiatrist and Assistant Professor for Dell Medical School. He was extensively involved in resident physician education and helped run the medical school's primary inpatient mental-health training site throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. He was known amongst residents for his strong focus on utilizing psychotherapy to better understand and treat patients regardless of the treatment setting. Dr. Chambers treats adult patients, with a special focus on mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal conflict.‍

Mary Poupon, PMHNP

Mary Poupon is an experienced board certified psychiatric APRN/psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 30 years' experience in her field. She completed her graduate work at Columbia University and is published in her field. Her practice sites have included inpatient hospital treatment, partial hospital programs, in-home programs, outpatient clinics and alternative therapy including equine assisted therapy.  She was the program director and clinician with the Ryan White Mental Health Program in New York providing innovative mental health treatment for adolescents and adults living with HIV/AIDS in the boroughs of Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx.  In 2013 she became certified as an equine assisted psychotherapist and served as the Director of Mental Health at Embrace Hope in Sandy Hook, CT. She was appointed as the Executive Director of Embrace Hope in 2017. Embrace Hope provided treatment to children, adolescents and adults who were victims of trauma related to the shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. She presented a TED x talk in 2018 regarding her work with victims of trauma. She has provided treatment in the outpatient setting for children, teens, and adults. She has provided treatment to young adults at the Covenant House New York shelter program for homeless young adults.

Mary believes the human spirit is resilient. There are many challenges in the lifespan and self-care is paramount to success. Mary provides psychiatric consultation and assessment and provides a pathway to change. Treatment may include medication management, therapy, and coping skills to assist with life challenges. Mary believes treatment is a partnership and believes in establishing mutually agreed upon goals.

Mary's process for working with patients begins with active listening. The assessment begins with the patient describing why they are seeking engagement in behavioral health treatment at this time. She will complete a psychiatric assessment and evaluation and establish mutually agreed upon goals for treatment. She offers medication management in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. Mary believes that therapy and medication management if indicated together provides the best treatment outcomes.
