Laura Ginory, MD

Dr. Laura Ginory is double-boarded in child and adolescent psychiatry and adult psychiatry. She has been practicing for over 11 years. Dr. Ginory's practice focuses on medication management, which is offered in conjunction with supportive therapy, offered in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Ginory may believe additional therapy is needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. Ginory received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She completed her residency in adult psychiatry at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. She pursued her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Florida, in Gainesville. After completing training, Dr. Ginory worked with children and adults in a variety of settings including Community Mental Health Centers and hospitals, providing both inpatient and outpatient services. Dr. Ginory then became a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Florida Department of Psychiatry and provided clinical services for UF Student Mental Health at the Counseling and Wellness Center. After completing residency in 2013 at Albany Medical Center, she has spent the past 9 years fulfilling her passion for integrated and specialty care for adults suffering from mental illness. Lorangelly Rivera, MD

Dr. Lorangelly Rivera is board-certified in Adult psychiatry and has been practicing for over 5 years. A new client interview will consist of a 45-55 minute interview where the reason for entering treatment, current symptoms, psychiatric history, medication history, and a social history will be assessed. Provisional diagnoses or existing diagnoses will be discussed, along with client goals for treatment. There will be an opportunity for medication initiation or changes if mutually agreed upon.  Devon's goals in providing care is to make the client comfortable, to offer accurate symptom assessment and diagnostic clarity, and to provide medication management strategies for symptom and functional improvement.  Follow-up appointments will typically be 30 minutes with a portion dedicated to medication management and a portion to supportive psychotherapy.

Sherra St Clair is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Doctor of Nursing.  She has more than a decade of experience working with individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depressive and anxious disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, and trauma responses. Lorenzo Santos Gutierrez, MD

Michael Watkins, MD

Robert Werner, MD

Dr. Blake Werner is an adult and addiction psychiatry board certified physician who has been in practice for the past 4 years. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX, before moving to charming Charleston, SC to complete his residency in adult psychiatry. Following residency, Dr. Werner navigated his way to the northeast to complete a fellowship in addiction psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine. Post-fellowship, Dr. Werner joined the Yale faculty as an assistant professor and was employed through the Veterans Affairs, treating substance use disorders in an outpatient clinical setting. Through his clinical practice, Dr. Werner has worked with a variety of patients across the northeast via telemedicine to treat their general mental health concerns, substance use disorders, as well as behavioral addictions.
