Miranda Morgan, DO

Dr. Miranda Morgan is a board-certified psychiatrist licensed in New York and Texas. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a member of the American Psychiatric Association. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and her medical degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in psychiatry at Texas A&M University - Temple/Baylor Scott & White Hospital, where she was Recruitment Chief Resident.

Dr. Morgan is passionate about collaborative care and telemedicine, and has held positions in primary care mental health and collaborative care settings. She previously worked as staff psychiatrist at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and held an academic appointment as Clinical Instructor for the Department of Psychiatry at New York University Grossman School of Medicine.

Alana Ward, PMHNP

Staff Nurse Practitioner

Alana Ward is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). Alan has been practicing since 2018 and has experience with individuals of all ages. Prior to becoming a PMHNP, Alana worked as a registered nurse in critical care and psychiatry. As a PMHNP, she has experience working on inpatient adult and geriatric psychiatric units, as well as providing psychiatric evaluations and consultations to individuals on medical units and emergency rooms at hospitals. Alana is very experienced working in outpatient settings managing various psychiatric diagnoses. She has also helped manage individuals in long term care facilities and assisted living facilities. When Alana is not providing direct patient care, she will on occasion help with instructing future nurses at Kent State University. Alana graduated with her Master's of Science in Nursing from Kent State University, and is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurse Credentialing Center. Alana enjoys treating a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, mood disorders such as bipolar disorder, and various psychotic disorders. She believes in client-centered care, where clients get a say in their treatment in order to help make them feel their best. Alana truly believes that therapy is a crucial part of successfully treating any mental health diagnosis, in combination with medication management when warranted. Alana likes to add mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to her medication management appointments to help individuals receive effective, quality care.

Avishay Adri, PMHNP

Avi Adri is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping others achieve their goals through medication management and psychotherapy. He is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and supportive therapy. Avi has experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. He is an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider who believes in empowering individuals in their lives.

He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in psychiatry from Stony Brook University and a nursing practice degree from Chatham University. Avi is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate treatment for mental health conditions to enhance quality of life. His previous experience includes two years at Columbia University Medical Center on an inpatient psychiatric unit and four years on the medical consultation-liaison psychiatric team, where he treated patients with a range of acute and chronic medical conditions while providing medication management and psychotherapy. His work at Columbia involved treating a wide spectrum of psychiatric conditions with the goal of achieving symptom remission.

Additionally, Avi has practiced at a private clinic in New York City, focusing on interventional techniques such as TMS and ketamine therapy, alongside medication management and psychotherapy.

Through mindful techniques and compassionate care, Avi is dedicated to the well-being of his clients. He views each person as more than a diagnosis and approaches care through a client-centered, holistic lens.

Clara Kim, MD

Dr. Clara Kim is a board-certified psychiatrist trained in Adult Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Yale University and completed her residency training at Cambridge Health Alliance - Harvard Medical School, where she served as Chief Resident of Quality Improvement. Dr. Kim treats each patient with a holistic, evidence-based approach that incorporates psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic best practices. Her priority is to build a safe and trusting working relationship with each patient, keeping in mind their unique biological, psychological, social, and spiritual contexts. Dr. Kim has extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, OCD, and perinatal conditions such as postpartum depression. Other professional interests include forensic psychiatry, combined psychopharmacological and psychotherapy treatment, and ECT, in which she was certified by the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and all socioeconomic strata.

Lauren Mordukhaev, MD

With over 30 years of experience, she has provided compassionate care across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. She is committed to supporting patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including PTSD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.

Dr. Mehta works collaboratively with her patients, creating a supportive environment that emphasizes understanding and shared decision-making. She values open communication and tailors treatment approaches to align with each patient’s unique goals and needs.

Jennifer Hailey, DO

Dr. Jennifer Hailey is a board-certified psychiatrist in Psychiatry. She completed her undergraduate training at Michigan State University followed by medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has completed a residency in psychiatry at Michigan State University. Dr. Hailey has worked in many different settings including private hospitals, jails, military treatment facilities and private practice. She enjoys educating her fellow providers who specialize in psychiatry as well as other areas of medicine. She has a genuine interest in treating a vast array of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, obsessive compulsive and personality disorders.
