How do I change my billing notifications?
We’ll notify you every time you receive a new bill, but you can choose how we notify you (email, text, or paper statement). To select your preferences:
- For California and New Jersey patients, head to billpay.talkiatry.com. For all other patients, head to pay.talkiatry.com.
- Click on the button with your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
- Click ‘My Account’ on the drop down
- Use the toggle to opt in or out of notification types (you will have to have one selected)
