At Talkiatry Management Services, LLC (“Talkiatry”) your privacy is important to us. By providing your mobile number and contact details during the recruitment process, you consent to personnel from Talkiatry Management Services and/or MCCD FL Psychiatry Services, PA contacting you via calls, texts, emails, secure messaging, or mail for service updates, legal notices, policy changes, appointment reminders, and other relevant communications. These communications may include information about your application and employment or engagement at Talkiatry Management Services, LLC or MCCD FL Psychiatry Services, PA. Message and data rates may apply; please keep your contact information current. To opt out of texts, reply “STOP” and your request will be processed within a reasonable time, with a confirmation or follow-up text, if needed.

By submitting your contact information and agreeing to these terms, you expressly authorize Talkiatry Management Services, LLC and MCCD FL Psychiatry Services, PA to send you commercial and informational calls on employment or engagement, texts, and emails, including appointment reminders, marketing communications, and ongoing updates regarding positions. Appointment reminders and substantive communications may be sent. Marketing communications may include information on employment opportunities, or health topics.

Enrollment in text alerts requires a mobile number from the United States, the District of Columbia, or U.S. territories. We do not charge for text alerts, but your carrier’s rates may apply. You are responsible for these charges. To opt out of calls, notify us in writing or verbally to be removed from the call list or added to the Do Not Call List. To stop receiving marketing emails, use the link provided at the end of our emails.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the communications program indicates acceptance of any changes. We are not liable for any loss or injury resulting from participation in these programs or from technical failures or delays. We may cease communications at any time at our sole discretion.
