At Talkiatry Management Services, LLC (“Talkiatry”) your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we collect the information, the reasons we collect information, and how we share or use the information we collect. This Privacy Policy also describes the choices you have with the information we collect, including how you can manage, update, or request to delete information.

I. Company Philosophy

Talkiatry Management Services, LLC (“Talkiatry”) collects and uses the personal information, including sensitive personal information, of applicants for employment (“You”, “Your”) for human resources, employment, benefits administration, health and safety, and business-related purposes, and to remain compliant with applicable state and federal laws. We are committed to properly handling the personal information collected or processed in connection with your employment relationship with us.

II. Policy Statement

This policy describes the categories and types of personal information (including sensitive personal information) we collect about applicants for employment, and how we use and share that information. This policy only applies to individuals who are prospective employees or applicants for employment at Talkiatry. By entering into the recruitment process at Talkiatry, you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy.

This policy does not apply to: current or former Talkiatry employees; current or former Talkiatry patients; individuals who visit, use or interact with the Talkiatry platform, including the Talkiatry website, for purposes outside of seeking or obtaining employment with Talkiatry; and individuals who communicate via e-mail, text message, phone call and/or other electronic means with Talkiatry via public-facing communication channels for purposes outside of seeking or obtaining employment with Talkiatry.

III. Definitions

  1. Sensitive Personal Information - A specific subset of personal information that describes certain types personal information that are more sensitive in nature.

IV. Policy

  1. Talkiatry may collect the personal information and sensitive personal information of applicants for employment in the categories listed in Appendix A. The table in Appendix A also lists the expected Retention Period for each category of data, and the business purpose for which it is collected and used.

If you are an applicant or prospective employee who is not selected for a position of employment at Talkiatry, your applications and related data and materials will be retained in case further opportunities arise. If you are an applicant or prospective employee who is selected for a position of employment at Talkiatry, your personal data will be transferred to our employee records.

Talkiatry strives to use best practices and industry standard security measures and tools to protect your data, and has implemented robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect against the risk of accidental, intentional, unlawful, or unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, disclosure, or use of your information. However, the Internet is not 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information shared, disclosed or transmitted through the Internet. Where you have been given or you have chosen a password, it is your responsibility to keep this password confidential. Any transmission of Personal Information, including Sensitive Personal Information, is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our website or other platforms/systems managed by Talkiatry, in your operating system, or on your mobile or other device
