Pamella Bess-Tabb, LCSW

Staff Therapy

Pamella Bess-Tabb is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW) and Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM) with nearly a decade of experience across behavioral health, medical, educational, and community settings. She holds a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and is licensed as an LISW-S in Ohio and an LCSW in Maine and Virginia. Amanda has experience treating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem, and has worked primarily with adults in community mental health, healthcare, and outpatient substance use and mental health settings. Her clinical work draws from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based care.

With 16 years of experience in the mental health field, Amy specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma (including Narcissistic Abuse), and grief. Amy prides herself on creating a non-judgmental and healing environment that allows for self-discovery and assists clients in identifying their authentic selves. She has experience in many methods and techniques, ensuring that her approach integrates evidence-based practices with experiential techniques which are tailored to each client's unique needs to allow for nervous system regulation and a sense of safety within themselves. Meagan Blews is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina.  She graduated with her MA in Professional Counseling in 2011, and after being a stay at home mom for six years, ventured into community mental health.  Meagan has served as both a lead clinician and Interim Center Director over the years and is passionate about providing quality assessment and treatment options. Jacqueline Bowling began her counseling career in 2013, and for the past 7 years, she has worked in Outpatient Services, working with people of all ages and with all mental illnesses as well. Prior to outpatient services, she worked with in-home services, providing counseling services to individuals as well as their natural support system. Jacqueline got her Undergraduate and Master's degree in Education and Human Services, completed in December 2013, at the University of Lindsey Wilson, Columbia, Kentucky. In June of 2021, she became Clinic Coordinator, and in October 2021 she completed training for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor. She is currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Texas and Kentucky. Earned her most recent licensure credential, and the one recognized in California is Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Her background includes roles as a Special Education Teacher, Psychology Instructor, Executive Director, Lead Therapist at an outpatient drug treatment facility, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and Disability Services Counselor.

Greta holds a BA in Psychology from Tuskegee University, an MS in Counseling & Human Development from Troy University, and an MEd in Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University. Darlene Browning, LCSW

Darlene Browning is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. She has been a Social Worker since 2001 has an undergraduate degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she completed in 1992 with a B.S. in Science and majored in Criminal Justice. She then started working as a Correction Counselor with the NYC Department Corrections for few years, working with female inmates who had substance abuse problem and adolescence as well. She facilitated treatment recovery groups and psycho education . In 1998, she worked as with the Administration for Children Services while she was pursuing her Master's Degree degree from Hunter College School of Social Work where she graduated in 2001 with her MSW.

For 19 years she worked as a Discharge Planner in the hospital while attending Metropolitan Institute for Mental Health to study in the Adult Psychoanalytic Division, in 2012, Darlene decided to switch gears and began working as Behavorial Health  Care Manager , while starting her own private practice in the mist of the pandemic. Her practice is called " Live the Life you Want ", because she strongly believes that all individuals should live their own lives the way they want to and desire.

In 2022, Darlene  received a two year certificate in Integrated Trauma from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy where she received training in EMDR , Somatic experiencing and  i is currently working obtaining a certification on becoming an  Accelerated Experiential Psychodynamic Psychotherapist  , which is a experiential model that seeks to alleviate patients psychological suffering by helping them process the overwhelming emotions associated with trauma, depression and anxiety.

Jessica has also worked with those faced with substance abuse related problems, life transitions, career counseling, and parenting education. Kyla has facilitated support groups for individuals 55+ and Adult Children of Alcoholics, with extensive expertise in Trauma-Focused Therapy and Crisis Management.

Rebecca Burns is a licensed clinical social worker with a vast range of experience working in the mental health field. Rebecca has worked directly with individuals of various backgrounds and age ranges. Rebecca attended Fordham University for her Bachelor's degree and attended Rutgers University where she received her MSW. To date, Rebecca has been practicing for 4 years as a clinical social worker in an outpatient setting. Over the years, Rebecca has worked with diverse clients seeking relief from a wide range of symptoms, including anxiety, depression, OCD, childhood/adult trauma, relationship issues, personality disorders, life transitions, stress, and navigating loss and grief. Rebecca is trained and certified in cognitive-based therapies, including CBT and TF-CBT. Practicing from a biopsychosocial lens, Rebecca integrates evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Strengths-Based Approaches to individualize treatment plans for each client. Ronnie Butler is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience practicing in psychiatric, clinical, and inpatient settings. After completing an undergraduate degree in psychology in Oklahoma, Ronnie earned a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. He is licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico, and holds an endorsement from the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health as a Clinical Supervisor for LPC Interns. Ronnie is also an active member of the American Counseling Association and the Oklahoma Counseling Association’s Mental Health Counselors Division.

Ronnie focuses on supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, mood instability, trauma, adjustment challenges, attention difficulties, and substance use concerns. He values open communication and collaboration, helping patients set clear and realistic treatment goals. Ronnie strives to create a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to engage in their own growth process.

In the initial session, Ronnie takes time to thoroughly understand each patient’s history, concerns, and personal goals. He then develops an individualized, measurable treatment plan that aligns with each patient’s needs. Throughout the therapeutic process, Ronnie regularly reassesses progress to ensure therapy remains meaningful, effective, and tailored to achieving lasting change.
