Katrina Lepthien, DO

Dr. Mary Stephenson is a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with more than 25 years of clinical experience working with this population. From 2016-2021, she worked at Intermountain Health Center in Tucson, AZ providing care in the outpatient setting of the community mental health center. The care was a hybrid model of "in-person” and Telehealth treatment of children and adolescents with various disorders, with an emphasis on diagnostic evaluations of Autism and Autism spectrum disorders.‍

Dr. Grethel Perez-Meek is a board-eligible psychiatrist with training across inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She completed her psychiatry residency at Creighton University, earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University, and completed undergraduate studies in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at the University of Miami. She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner since 2011, following her work as a registered nurse from 2004–2011. Crystal earned her graduate and postgraduate degrees from Northern Kentucky University, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, and an associate degree from Pikeville College. Her background includes roles as a clinical educator, clinical practice manager, emergency room nurse, and telehealth psychiatric provider.

Over a 28-year career, he has held leadership roles across clinical, academic, and research settings, including founding and directing multiple programs within the Mount Sinai Health System. He currently serves as a Professor in Psychiatry and Neuroscience at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications.
