Julia Teytelbaum, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist providing outpatient psychiatric care through telehealth. She earned her medical degree from the Florida State University College of Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency at UF Health Jacksonville, where she served as Chief Resident. She has experience working with adults facing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, and perinatal mental health challenges.

Dr. Teytelbaum believes that feeling heard, understood, and respected is the foundation of effective mental health care. She takes a collaborative and supportive approach, helping patients set goals that feel realistic and meaningful. With a special interest in women’s mental health, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, she strives to create a calm, nonjudgmental space and approaches medication management thoughtfully, with close attention to patient preferences and well-being.

Dr. Teytelbaum begins with a comprehensive initial visit focused on understanding each patient’s history, concerns, and goals. She works collaboratively to develop an individualized treatment plan and checks in regularly about progress, side effects, and life changes. Her approach emphasizes continuity, clear communication, and steady support over time.

Dr. Telonis is a board-eligible adult psychiatrist who had been in practice for four years. Her focus is on using a collaborative approach and shared-decision making to help patients achieve their treatment goals. Dr. Telonis typically provides monthly 30-minute follow-ups with a focus on medication management and supportive therapy. In some instances, she may recommend a separate therapist to help facilitate the best care possible. Dr. Telonis earned her bachelor's degree in History of Art from Johns Hopkins University and then completed her master's at King's College London in international development with a focus on climate change. She received her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed her psychiatry training at Mount Sinai Morningside and West Hospitals. Dr. Telonis has worked with a diverse patient population while training at Mount Sinai Morningside.‍

Dr. Olivia Plante is a board-eligible psychiatrist with a focus on evidence-based medicine including psychopharmacology and nutritional psychiatry in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric disorders.

She is originally from New York, having completed her undergraduate degree in psychology from The City College of New York, followed by a master’s degree in medical anthropology from Binghamton University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University at Buffalo. She completed psychiatric residency training at the Zucker School of Medicine/Northwell Health, with experience in medication management, psychotherapy, and collaborative multidisciplinary care of adults and adolescents in the outpatient, inpatient, partial hospital and emergency settings.

Initial evaluations will involve collecting history about social circumstances; past medical, psychiatric, substance use, and family conditions; as well as current lifestyle habits such as sleep, nutrition, supplement use, level of physical activity, and stress management skills.

Treatment sessions will explore the mind-body connection and individual lifestyle factors in combination with psychoeducation for a personalized wellness approach.

Quentina Farrell, LCSW, has extensive experience working with adults in inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use settings, as well as in residential treatment for eating disorders. She earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Augusta University and her Master’s in Social Work from Barry University.

Quentina creates a safe, nonjudgmental environment where patients are heard and validated, without needing to apologize for their pain or emotions. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative: you actively work together to achieve your mental health goals, with progress reflecting the effort you put in.

She begins by understanding your personal history to see how past experiences shape current behaviors and perspectives. Initial sessions focus on setting goals and identifying obstacles, followed by working together to overcome challenges and achieve those goals. This space encourages patients to express themselves authentically.

Kelvin is an experienced Licensed Independent Social Worker who has worked in a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings. Kelvin's years of experience include work as a case manager, mental health therapist, substance use and mental health group facilitator, a lead clinician for a school-based services program and coordinator for adventure-based programming. This experience has allowed Kelvin to serve in a variety of settings, including: schools, homes, hospitals, and outpatient clinics, as well as working with individuals from nearly every age range; anywhere from kindergarten-aged school children to adults in a nursing home and almost everywhere in between. ‍Kelvin places great importance on making treatment a unique experience for every individual, strongly believing that there is no single uniform answer to an individual's problems and solutions should be tailored to that person's specific life circumstances. Kelvin has a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but utilizes practices as appropriate from a variety of treatment styles, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Behavioral Activation, Play Therapy and many more.

Dr. Akshar Brahmbhatt, DO, attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he majored in Economics before earning his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University. He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He has experience in both inpatient and outpatient care and brings expertise in ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, bipolar depression, OCD, and a wide range of psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Brahmbhatt creates a warm, collaborative environment where patients feel heard and respected. He values open communication and works with patients to set meaningful, realistic goals at a pace that feels comfortable. Using evidence-based treatments, he explains the reasoning behind each approach so patients feel informed and empowered throughout their care.

In the first session, Dr. Brahmbhatt takes time to understand each patient’s history, concerns, and goals. Together, they identify key areas of focus and build an individualized treatment plan. Follow-up sessions build on progress, address challenges, and adjust the plan as needs evolve. He works at the patient’s pace, helping them explore patterns, gain insight, and develop a sustainable path forward.
