I am Vivian Hong Le, DO, a board-certified psychiatrist whose passion for mental health grew from a desire to help reduce human suffering. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from UCLA, my medical degree from WesternU/COMP, and completed psychiatry residency training at UofA/Banner Health. I have additional training in integrative medicine and psychiatry and a strong interest in Cultural Psychiatry, Women’s Mental Health, LGBTQIA+ care, and Trauma-Informed Care.

My goal is to provide a safe, open, and collaborative environment where you feel heard and understood. I believe the best outcomes come from considering the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of your well-being. I work with you to understand your individual needs and goals and identify approaches that fit your life.

During the first appointment, I complete a comprehensive history to better understand who you are, your concerns, and your goals. Together, we create an individualized plan that may include lifestyle changes, coping skills, medication management, and psychotherapy. Treatment can evolve over time as your needs change.

Dr. Aaima Sayed is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University before completing her medical degree at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and psychiatry residency at Loyola University Medical Center. During residency, she served as Co-Chief Resident and later Chief Resident. She was recognized for Excellence in Professionalism (2019), Excellence in Clinical Practice (2020), Excellence in Patient Feedback (2021), and Resident of the Year (2022). Dr. Sayed also worked as an outpatient psychiatrist at Access Community Health Network and has extensive telehealth experience.

Dr. Sayed combines medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and psychoeducation to help patients better understand their symptoms and treatment options. She creates a warm, empathetic environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. When needed, she may recommend more extensive psychotherapy to support the best possible outcomes.

I am a board-eligible Psychiatrist specializing in general adult psychiatry, with a focus on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, and ADHD in adults ages 18-64. My interest in psychiatry comes from understanding patients’ narratives and helping guide, educate, and empower them in their healing journey. Outside of work, I enjoy volleyball, rock climbing, soccer, and playing piano.

Dorielayn Arocho, MD, earned a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez (RUM) and a medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) School of Medicine in Mexico. Dr. Arocho completed psychiatry residency training at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in El Paso (TTUHSC-EP), where she served as Chief Resident during her final year.

Dr. Arocho is dedicated to providing comprehensive psychiatric care tailored to each patient's individual history and needs, offering care in both English and Spanish. Her practice focuses primarily on medication management, integrated with supportive therapy and psychoeducation to help patients achieve their mental health goals.

Dr. Alero Mayuku-Dore is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and community mental health settings. She earned her medical degree from the College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria, completed psychiatry residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York, and fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Yale New Haven Hospital. His experience includes inpatient psychiatry, outpatient community clinics, cancer treatment centers, and psychiatric consultation in hospital medical settings. He has treated patients from college age through late life and, as the spouse of an active-duty military service member, understands many aspects of military family life.

She completed her psychiatry residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, serving as Chief Resident, and went on to complete a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (Psychosomatic Medicine) at the University of Washington. With more than 17 years of clinical experience, including a decade in county health systems and community psychiatry, she is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator. Dr. Chopra has contributed to psychiatric research through publications and presentations at national and international conferences and has participated in rural health camps in India in support of global health initiatives.

Dr. William Sultan is an MD and final-year psychiatry resident at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating in June 2026. He earned his MD from Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Molecular & Cell Biology (Neurobiology) and Psychology from UC Berkeley. His training spans inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential settings, including work with veterans and first responders managing PTSD and substance use. With a clinical research background and 14 peer-reviewed publications, he values evidence-based care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new foods.

Dr. Schlager earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, completed his psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, and completed a research fellowship at Columbia University/New York State Psychiatric Institute, where he later conducted research focused on seasonal depression and sleep disorders.

Over long years of practice Dr. Schlager has witnessed, and so in every new case aims for, marked improvement in both emotional distress and day to day function. He is known for being attentive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental and eagerly supports Talkiatry's mission to provide expert mental health care by reducing geographic and insurance obstacles that traditionally limited access.

Dr. Maryrose Bauschka, MD, earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed her adult psychiatry residency at the University of Utah. She worked as an inpatient psychiatrist at the Huntsman Mental Health Institute and later at Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in Chicago and Denver, where she served as Medical Director. She has experience across multiple states in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings, treating patients of all ages. She earned her medical degree from Midwestern University, completed residency at Banner University of Arizona Medical Center Phoenix, and fellowship at Valleywise Health Creighton Alliance Phoenix. She has also held academic faculty roles in Arizona and California and is passionate about teaching.

After graduation, I worked as a therapist for neurodivergent individuals, helping them process challenges and develop skills to reach their goals. I studied holistic patient care at Touro University College of Medicine, focusing on mind, body, and spirit.
