Barbara Pack, LPCC

Staff Therapist

Barbara (Barb) Pack is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with the Supervision Endorsement and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, Clinical Supervisor Endorsement who has been providing mental health treatment for over 24 years and addiction treatment for over 27 years. Barb utilizes a combination of approaches in working with her clients, including person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused techniques, and a variety of other techniques. She has experience in several different types of treatment settings and treatment modalities in both Ohio and Florida. Barb enjoys working with individuals who also have co-occurring disorders, both mental health and substance use. Barb has experience working with a wide range of age groups and mental health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, grief, relationship issues, and a wide range of substance use issues. She will assess individuals' needs in their first few visits and work with them to develop an individualized treatment plan. Barb works to provide the empathetic listening and emotional support that her clients need to reach their goals. Her dream has been to work herself out of a job, as she wants to help her clients find healing and happiness. Barb attended the University of Akron for graduate school in a Community Counseling Program and attended Malone College, now University, and majored in Psychology.

After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in 2014, Kendrah worked at a non-profit organization that focused on substance abuse and mental health. She worked there from 2014-2021 initially as a substance abuse counselor and later transitioned into a Clinical Director position. Most recently, Kendrah has been serving patients in a private practice mental health therapist role. Kendrah's interests and specialties are Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Marriage and Family, Culture and Diversity, Dual Diagnosis, Meditation and Dating Violence/Abuse. He is licensed in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida (as a telehealth provider). Robert earned his master’s degree in professional counseling from Amridge University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Faulkner University. His clinical background includes work in community agencies, hospitals, mental health clinics, and correctional facilities.

Robert specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal conflict, chronic illness, and issues related to self-esteem and identity. Paul Pennington is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of mental health experience in a variety of settings ranging from schools, private practice, residential facilities, and crime scene crisis counseling. Paul has had the privilege of helping people with various situations including depression, anxiety, stress, anger, trauma, abuse, life transitions, relationships, integration, existential issues, and other obstacles that have caused an imbalance in their lives. Huong "Claire" Phan is a licensed mental health counselor at the New York State Education Department Office of the Professions and a licensed professional counselor at the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. Claire completed her Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Brooklyn College, City University of New York. Claire has been practicing for 5 years as a licensed therapist providing counseling for mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, prolonged grief disorder, adjustment disorders, women's issues, and also helping clients navigate relationship difficulties and other challenges. Claire completed her clinical internship and worked as a therapist at the Institute for Human Identity, one of the first psychotherapy centers in New York to provide LGBTQ+ affirmative psychotherapy. Claire is passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ community and providing a safe space for her clients regardless of differences in gender identity, expression, sexual orientation, race, and culture. Jennifer Phillips, LCSW

Jennifer Phillips is a Licensed Clinical Social worker who has worked in the mental health field since 2013.  During graduate school, Jennifer completed her internships at the Tuscaloosa County jail, the University of Alabama Student Veterans Center, and the Birmingham Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in their Health Care for Homeless Veterans program.  Jennifer went to undergraduate and graduate schools in Alabama and moved to Arizona in 2013 to work with the Department of Veterans Affairs to continue working with homeless veterans.  Jennifer also has experience teaching at Pima Community College and is a clinical supervisor for associate level clinicians through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.  

Jennifer’s prior working experience and training has been with adults, homeless veterans, Native Americans, LGBTQIA, women, and individuals in rural or remote areas, providing access to much needed mental health services in provider shortage areas.  She enjoys working with patients who have anxiety, depression, insomnia, mood disorders, and self-esteem issues.  She is trained in geriatrics and especially loves working with adults over the age of 65.  

Jennifer is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mind-Body Approach, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Prolonged Grief Disorder (where the patient is experiencing grief for at least 12 months).  As she is trained in several different treatment modalities, Jennifer can customize therapy to meet everyone’s needs.

Jenny's passion for helping people guided her into the field of social work over 15 years ago when she graduated with her bachelor's degree from the University of Montana. Jenny spent several years  working in a variety of fields to include child protection, corrections and substance abuse before earning her master's degree from Walla Walla University and obtaining her clinical license.

Jenny is dedicated to creating a nonjudgmental, warm and supportive environment in therapy. She offers empathy, collaboration and authenticity. She strives to help clients identify their internal and external resilience and strengths.

Jenny has an eclectic approach to therapy that incorporates influences from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Ian Provo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is also certified in Complex Trauma treatment. He has held a clinical license for 27 years, where he has worked in a number of capacities as a mental health professional, including Clinical Director, Director of Treatment, private practice, direct care services, and case management. Ian completed his Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and his Master's Degree from the University of Illinois. Ian is passionate about his work and believes strongly in the human potential and resilience in overcoming life's obstacles and barriers. His therapeutic model focuses on multidimensional modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic model, psychoeducational approaches, and mindfulness techniques. Ian has vast experience in working with victims of sexual abuse and trauma in addition to treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and providing couple's therapy. In addition to his professional work, Ian is actively engaged in volunteer work where he helps victims of sexual human trafficking, providing clinical assessments and engaging in public awareness campaigns. Brianna Quirk is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of New York. She attended SUNY Oneonta for her Bachelor’s degree in psychology, and went on to Adelphi University where she received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.


Brianna has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of different struggles. Brianna is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, and helps her clients to recognize and change harmful and unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior, implement coping skills, and set goals for the future, leading to a happier and healthier existence. Kierra has maintained positions in a wide array of environments including corrections, juvenile detention, CPS, psychiatric hospitals, schools, and in-home/community-based settings. Kierra has experience servicing adolescents, adults, and the elderly populations.

During her internship at Youth Automotive Training Center and The Humanistic Center for Counseling Services, Dr. Rea worked with individuals, families, couples, first responders and high-risk populations, having the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. As a professional, Dr. Rea gained valuable experience working in inpatient and outpatient programs and settings. Thomas Reis is a clinical social worker, independently licensed in Massachusetts. He has 12 years of experience working as a psychotherapist providing psychotherapy to adults both in an outpatient setting and through telehealth. Conchata has worked as a psychotherapist for over 10 years of practice and over 25 years working in the human/social services field.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.  

Conchata has a passion for working with special populations to include trauma, substance use, domestic violence, offenders, and victims of sexual assault. She gained this insight while working as a correctional officer and earning her undergraduate degree. Conchata has done volunteer work with Partnership Against Domestic Violence (PADV) in Atlanta, GA and Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) in New Britain, CT as a certified sexual assault crisis counselor/advocate.

Nathan Roberson is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and Texas. Nathan has a Masters in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. He has worked in primarily in outpatient settings that focused on mental health and substance use.

LaTria Rogers, LCPC

LaTria Rogers is a proud graduate of Bowie State University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bowie State University in 2003, and in 2008, obtained her master’s degree in counseling psychology. She became a mental health therapist for the state of Maryland and later license in Washington DC.  LaTria worked for DC Department of Correction/Unity Healthcare as a Lead Therapist and currently work as a Lead Mental Health Therapist for Prince Geroges's County Public Schools. LaTria firmly believes that her views on behavioral and mental health will provided an  positive impact on the community.

The pandemic has produced many behaviors in adults as while as children/youth. Our youngest and most vulnerable have suffered the most. As a result, we have seen an uptake in areas like crime, lack of employment, public safety, education, social behaviors, politics, and overall well-being. LaTria feels as a community we need to listen and pay attention to what's happening.  LaTria can relate as a mother of a teen and toddler, she understands how the school and community need to provide as many services as they can to children and youth.

As a therapist LaTria prefers to meet people where they are in the treatment process. LaTria leads with cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered approach. LaTria enjoys helping people become mentally healthy and live a holistic lifestyle.

Emily Romeo, LPC

Emily Romeo, LPC holds a license as a professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She has over 15 years of experience working with a broad range of individuals at varying levels of care and clinical severity. Emily is board-certified in clinical mental health counseling by the National Board for Certified Counselors. Emily approaches therapy in an integrative, client-centered manner. She implements a variety of therapeutic techniques to include mindfulness, dialectical behavioral, acceptance and commitment concepts, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care. She values the therapeutic relationship and strives to provide a safe, accepting atmosphere to ensure her clients feel heard, validated, and empowered. Emily received her master's degree from Messiah College and her undergraduate work was completed at the Pennsylvania State University. Emily has provided clinical care to a variety of individuals ranging from those struggling with complex trauma and substance use disorders to children/adolescents/adults dealing with anxiety, depression, mood instability and adjustment difficulties related to life changes. She has expertise in a variety of counseling settings including outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, and in-home. She utilizes multiple treatment modalities which include individual, group, and couples/family therapy. An area of interest for Emily includes working with young adults struggling with co-occurring disorders. As the clinical coordinator of Silvermist Recovery, a premier residential treatment facility, she has been able to expand her clinical skills. Her philosophy is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a transdiagnostic model that allows her to provide high quality care to her patients.
