I believe in tailoring treatment to each person's needs, and in seeing beyond the diagnosis and focusing on the individual first and foremost. I primarily treat mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and insomnia. I provide a combination of medication management and supportive psychotherapy. Occasionally, I may work with you on finding additional support as well, including bringing on a dedicated therapist as part of your treatment team.
I am a board-eligible adult psychiatrist with Talkiatry. I received my medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, then moved to Washington, D.C. to complete my residency training at Saint Elizabeths Hospital, where I served as Chief Resident during my final year. I am a member of the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and have presented at the APA Annual Meeting on the topic of virtual fatigue. I have had extensive experience working with a wide array of patients, including college/graduate students, geriatric patients, military veterans, and LGBTQ+ populations.

I am board-certified in adult psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and focus my practice on medication management. I also engage in supportive therapy in a comprehensive way, focusing on the patient as a whole and not just the symptoms. I have a broad understanding of vitamin support as an adjunctive treatment to traditional medication, and I have broadened my understanding of second-line treatment, having been certified in Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), conducting clinics in Clozapine and Long-Acting Antipsychotics (LOA), and conducting assessments for patients interested in weight loss surgery. My approach to treatment is comprehensive, and I may consider the addition of therapy, either by referral or by collaborating with an existing therapist, for a more rounded approach and improved outcome. My current areas of focus are adults with Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Co-Occurring Substance disorders, as well as patients with varied concomitant medical problems.
I received my medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe, located in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Upon graduation, I relocated to Philadelphia, where I completed my residency program at Einstein Medical Center. After completing my training, I worked for 8 years in a community mental health clinic, treating an underserved population in all modalities of psychiatric care. Over my 12-year career, I have treated both adult males and females, including seniors, which has led to varied and wide-ranging diagnoses. After leaving the community clinic setting, I began working for an outpatient clinic in a suburb of Philadelphia.

Katherine Vital-Daley, MD
My approach is rooted in a collaborative treatment model. I work closely with patients, exploring past and current stressors and any relevant medical conditions to develop a comprehensive understanding of their individual needs. Recognizing the importance of cultural competency, I incorporate patients' unique backgrounds, beliefs, and core values into their care plans. In my practice, I employ supportive psychotherapy and mindfulness along with evidence-based medication management, utilizing the most current clinical guidelines and treatment modalities.
I am an adult psychiatrist at Talkiatry. I treat all adults, and my passion lies in providing accessible care for women facing challenges throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum and in reproductive psychiatry. My academic background is rooted in science, with an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of California, Merced. I then pursued my medical doctorate at the Medical University of the Americas. Following medical school, I completed my psychiatry residency training. The first two years were spent at East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine, with a culmination of my last two years of residency at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to further specialize in women's mental health, which solidified my expertise in this vital area.
At Allegheny Health Network's Women's Behavioral Health clinic, I honed my skills in treating a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and related issues, and served as a medical provider for their intensive perinatal/postpartum outpatient clinic. I also developed a deep understanding of perinatal mental health, supporting patients coping with perinatal loss and traumatic birthing experiences.

Kimberly Ford, MD
I wholeheartedly believe that treating patients holistically is of high importance, with a focus on their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. I have expertise in treating patients with mood disorders, anxiety, and PTSD, and I incorporate psychopharmacology when needed, as well as psychodynamic and supportive psychotherapy.

Kristina Eipl, MD
I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to both medication management and psychotherapy. I enjoy utilizing various forms of psychotherapy to empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives, and I particularly enjoy incorporating elements of supportive, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapies in all visits. I practice thoughtful and evidence-based medication management. I enjoy working with students and adults with anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and mood disorders, and I also have a special interest in women's mental health.
I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist. I completed my undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University, where I graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's in neuroscience, and I later attended medical school at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. My interest in neuroscience, combined with a passion for the humanistic side of medicine, led me to pursue a psychiatry residency at NYU, where I gained experience working with a diverse patient population. After completing residency in 2018, I chose to pursue private practice to allow more time with patients and to build on my interest in psychotherapy. I spent over 6 years in solo and group private practice in Los Angeles. I am committed to working with insurance-based practices, as I am passionate about providing affordable access to quality healthcare.

Kyra Fragnito, MD
I am a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized mental health care. I particularly enjoy helping individuals dealing with insomnia, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, and medical trauma. As a Perinatal Mental Health-certified expert, I advocate for women's mental health needs and support individuals navigating mental health concerns during pregnancy and beyond.
My treatment approach is rooted in shared decision-making, prioritizing patient goals and preferences to create customized care plans, which typically include psychotherapy in combination with medication. I often integrate evidence-based lifestyle modifications and natural treatments to optimize personal well-being. By taking a holistic view of my patients' challenges, I empower them to lead their most fulfilling lives.

Through shared decision-making, ongoing monitoring, and open communication, he helps patients achieve meaningful improvements in well-being, functioning, and long-term mental health.

Lorraine Wharton-Mohammed, MD
I view each patient and their caregiver's circumstance as unique. I take a holistic and collaborative approach to help patients understand their options. While the focus may be on psychoeducation and medication management with supportive and psychodynamic therapeutic interventions, there may be a need for additional therapy, and I may ask that a therapist be added to the treatment team. I work towards establishing a meaningful, trusting relationship.
I am double board certified in General Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I have worked in various settings with culturally diverse populations, with a primary focus on caring for children in outpatient programs. I have spent over ten years as an administrative leader, having chaired and co-chaired committees overseeing the practice of fellow psychiatrists and served as Discipline Chief. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, mood, personality, and trauma-related disorders. I currently provide virtual care to adult patients in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York.

Martha James, MD
I am an experienced, open-minded psychiatrist who prioritizes empathy and understanding in my work. I recognize that each individual's path to wellness is unique and strive to meet patients where they are in this process. I believe that while some individuals may benefit from treatment with medication management alone, psychotherapy is often important for treatment success. I encourage patients to participate in psychotherapy and believe a therapist can be a crucial part of the treatment team. I use a collaborative, patient-centered treatment approach with the goal of reducing mental pain and improving wellness so that patients are better able to pursue their unique personal and professional goals.
