Trouble joining your virtual visit? Use the guide below.

Joining from a browser?

  • If you’re using a computer or joining through a browser on your phone, we recommend using Google Chrome.
  • You can download Chrome here.
  • If you’re already using Chrome, try clearing your cache. You can do this by clicking the three dots in the top right of your browser, selecting "More tools,” then "Clear browsing data.” Select the time range, ensure the “Cached images and files" box is checked, and click "Clear Data."

Joining from the healow app?

  • If you’re having trouble finding Talkiatry within healow, make sure you enter our practice code when prompted.
  • Our practice code is: FGCACD

Video freezing or connectivity issues?

  • We recommend using a wifi connection rather than cellular data.
  • Make sure the signal is strong and that you’re connected to your preferred network.

Need to reach your clinician?

You can message your psychiatrist or therapist any time through healow. You’ll hear back within 3 business days. Log in or download the app from Apple or Google.
