Jaime Loebner, PMHNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in outpatient and telepsychiatry care. She holds a Master of Nursing from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University, and a B.A. in Academic Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Jaime has provided psychiatric care across the lifespan in child and adolescent clinics, residential programs for women with co-occurring disorders, and community behavioral health teams. Since 2020, she has focused on telemedicine-based outpatient psychiatry, offering evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. She is licensed in multiple states and is committed to compassionate, evidence-based, whole-person care.

Taylor Brown, PMHNP, brings over four years of experience in outpatient, group, and community mental health settings. They earned a Master of Science in Nursing from UCSF and are board-certified by the ANCC as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Taylor’s diverse clinical experience informs a holistic, patient-centered approach to mental health care.

Taylor provides trauma-informed, evidence-based care while emphasizing that clients know themselves and their bodies best. They prioritize building a trust-based therapeutic alliance, approaching each patient with openness and without assumptions based on gender, race, sexuality, age, or ability. Patients can expect a collaborative, respectful, and individualized care experience.

Taylor begins by helping clients feel comfortable and inviting questions about their care. They gather personal, medical, and psychiatric history, identify psychosocial supports, and develop a structured framework to achieve patient goals. Potential diagnoses are discussed with patients and integrated into a tailored treatment plan, which may include therapy and medication options.

Marina Lewis, NP is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of outpatient experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and the complexities of modern life. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach, and completed an Interprofessional Integrative Health Fellowship with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, strengthening her commitment to whole-person, team-based care.

Whether through therapy support, lifestyle changes, medication, or all combined, she builds individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to each patient’s needs.

Robynn Cavaliere, PMHNP-BC, is a nationally board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her nursing practice degree from the University of San Diego (USD). Her passion for helping others began at the age of 16 when she became an EMT and volunteered with a local emergency unit. Inspired by a strong belief in service to country and a desire to follow in her brothers’ footsteps, she proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.

Robynn’s nursing journey began over two decades ago, driven by a deep calling to care for others. She started her career as an LVN on medical/surgical/telemetry floors, advanced to an RN in the emergency room, and eventually became a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Her extensive nursing experience spans a wide range of clinical settings and patient populations, shaping her approach to interviewing, assessment, and intervention. Robynn applies the Biopsychosocial Model in every patient encounter, believing that a comprehensive understanding of the whole person leads to more effective treatment recommendations, improved outcomes, and better prognoses.

She is deeply committed to making a positive impact in her patients’ lives and giving back to the nursing profession. Robynn precepts student nurse practitioners in her practice and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at USD, where she helps educate the next generation of healthcare providers.

Robynn emphasizes the importance of comprehensive assessments, active listening, and building therapeutic alliances that foster trust and create a safe space for patients to share their thoughts and concerns. She collaborates closely with patients to ensure they feel heard, encourages active participation in their treatment, and provides education to enhance insight and promote behavioral change. Her approach includes supportive psychotherapy and incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy during medication management visits.
