Agnes Tolentino, MD

Dr. Agnes Tolentino is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 20 years of practice experience.  She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of the Philippines and completed medical school at the University of the East.  She finished her psychiatry residency at the Harvard South Shore program as chief resident in her final year.  She has a strong background in psychotherapy as an adjunct to medication management.  She has extensive experience in treating PTSD, medically ill patients, elderly patients and those with terminal illnesses. She spent the last 15 years treating the geriatric population and those adjusting to co-morbid medical problems.  

She is an empathic listener and collaborative clinician, focused on treating the whole person.  She emphasizes the need to use healthy coping mechanisms as well as lifestyle changes to complement medication management.  In keeping with the “whole person” focus, the role of physical well-being is important. A thorough medical history will be obtained on your initial appointment.  

Gathering a thorough psychiatric and medical history is paramount in a successful therapeutic relationship.  And with time, a trusting therapeutic environment should be fostered.

Walter Piddoubny, MD

Dr. Walter Piddoubny is a double boarded psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry and Consultation Liaison Psychiatry. He completed his undergraduate degree at Stony Brook University followed by his medical degree at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his Psychiatry Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital followed by his fellowship in Consultation Liaison Psychiatry at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Piddoubny has held academic appointment at Stony Brook University Hospital practicing as a consultant psychiatrist as well as Associate Program Director of the Psychiatry Residency Program. He has been actively involved in teaching and was awarded "Teacher of the Year" in 2018 by the psychiatry residents. Dr. Piddoubny's practice focuses on medication management. Typically, he offers this in conjunction with supportive or emotionally focused therapy during 30-minute follow-up visits. Occasionally, Dr. Piddoubny may believe that additional therapy is warranted and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team in order to provide the best possible outcome.‍

Jessica Marz, MD

Dr. Jessica Marz is a psychiatrist who completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and earned her medical degree from the Florida State University College of Medicine. She went on to complete her psychiatry residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville. Dr. Marz treats adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and adjustment-related challenges.

Dr. Marz is a compassionate and thoughtful psychiatrist committed to holistic, patient-centered, evidence-based care. She approaches each individual with warmth and without judgment, fostering a therapeutic environment built on open communication and trust. She believes that strong rapport is essential to achieving meaningful progress in treatment.

Dr. Marz combines medication management with supportive psychotherapy, incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques and motivational interviewing. El Khansaa Dalhy, DO

Dr. Dalhy is a psychiatrist with a practical, patient-centered approach to care. She earned her Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies from Valencia College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida. She completed a post-baccalaureate program in Health Sciences before earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). She went on to complete four years of psychiatry residency training at Centerstone Behavioral Health Hospital and Addiction Center in Bradenton, Florida.

Dr. Dalhy has inpatient and outpatient practice experience. She is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, including complex mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction medicine, primary psychotic disorders, and patients in acute crisis.

Her treatment style is straightforward and conservative. She focuses on making accurate diagnoses and creating treatment plans that are as simple and effective as possible—prioritizing the lowest effective dose and minimizing unnecessary medications. She works collaboratively with each patient to develop a treatment plan that is realistic, personalized, and sustainable. She incorporates education into her practice and believes that patients make more informed decisions when they understand their options. You can expect a straightforward and honest approach with no judgment or pressure. She always welcomes questions.

Outside of her clinical work, she values spending time with loved ones, including pets. Dr. Dalhy enjoys spending time outdoors and experiencing new adventures. She values honesty, kindness, and compassion, and she integrates those qualities into her personal life and her work with patients.

Vincent Ramos, LPC

Vincent is a licensed professional counselor who has earned his full licensure from the State of Texas. Vincent earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in History from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He earned his Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M San Antonio. Vincent's counseling approach is eclectic, utilizing various modalities including, but not limited to Gestalt, Reality, Narrative, and Solution focused therapy. He is devoted to empowering individuals to free themselves from the excessive burdens of life by a remorseless society. He encourages you to become genuinely free and absolutely understand that you are the master of your own destiny. Vincent's treatment specialties and experience include working with adults, seniors, and adolescents from diverse populations and cultures. Whose suffering included, but not limited to anger, depression, career dilemmas, anxiety, stress, marital problems, collegiate status, self-esteem, family issues, as well as other unforeseen predicaments life unveils. Khandie Graham, MD

Dr. Khandie Graham is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed her medical training at UCLA/Drew Medical Education and her psychiatry training at University of California, San Francisco/Fresno in 2013. She has served as a psychiatrist in the United States Air Force and prior to joining Talkiatry, was an inpatient psychiatrist. Dr. Graham's practice focuses on medication management. Typically, she offers this in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Graham may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. Dr. Graham treats all adults and specializes in depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and life changes. She prides herself in partnering with patients to create individualized treatment plans. Dr. Graham is a great listener and spends time with her patients.
