Dr. William Sultan is an MD and final-year psychiatry resident at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating in June 2026. He earned his MD from Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Molecular & Cell Biology (Neurobiology) and Psychology from UC Berkeley. His training spans inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential settings, including work with veterans and first responders managing PTSD and substance use. With a clinical research background and 14 peer-reviewed publications, he values evidence-based care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new foods.

Dr. Guajardo’s reassuring demeanor sets patients at ease, allowing them to open up at their own pace. He has experience across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and consult-liaison psychiatry settings and is on track to become board certified in September 2026.

Dr. Ho has experience providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for diverse patient populations.

He completed his psychiatry residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he served as chief resident and received the department’s top resident psychotherapy award. He is also an experienced yoga and meditation instructor who teaches at national yoga conferences.

He has trained across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and interventional psychiatry settings, with additional focus in psychopharmacology, integrated care, addiction medicine, reproductive psychiatry, and therapies including CBT, CBT-I, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, IFS, and supportive therapy.

Dr. Ahmed takes an empathic, collaborative approach grounded in the belief that each patient is the expert on their own life. He views his role as offering guidance and recommendations that support an individual’s unique mental health journey. While he works with patients across the full spectrum of psychiatric conditions, he has particular experience treating complex presentations involving ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and autism spectrum conditions.
