Before joining Talkiatry, Dr. Bennett worked for nearly 12 years as a staff psychiatrist for Prospect Crozer Keystone Health System.  Her extensive clinical experience includes providing in-person and telepsychiatric care in a variety of settings including outpatient psychotherapy and community mental healthcare practices, hospital-based clinics, and school-based treatment programs, as well as emergency, consultation-liaison, and inpatient psychiatry.

She has a growing interest in functional and integrative approaches to mental health. Tiffany earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a PMHNP from Indiana University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University.

Dr. Zac Keller, DO, DABPN (he/his), is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience across inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).      

Dr. Win also worked in inpatient setting for both adolescents and adults for 5 years on a part-time basis in Four Winds Hospital, Katonah, New York.

She has previously served as Chief of Mental Health at a VA Hospital and has maintained a successful private practice focused on medication management and supportive therapy.

After earning dual degrees in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside, he opened a popular Riverside eatery featured on The Food Channel. He later transitioned to the IT industry, earning a master’s degree and certifications, before answering his true calling in medicine, graduating from Saint Matthews University School of Medicine.
