Elizabeth Foote, MD

Algion Seals is a LMHC who received his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. He has worked with families, couples, and individuals of varying ages and focused on grief, LGBTQIA+ related issues, anxiety, depression, as well as mood and personality disorders. Mr. Seals has a person-centered approach to therapy along with incorporating CBT, DBT, Adlerian Theory, and elements of trauma therapy as well as elements of sex therapy.

Dr. Michael Padua is a graduate from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency training at Loyola University Medical Center at Maywood, IL. He is trained and experienced in diagnosing and treating various psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and bipolar disorder with a focus on posttraumatic stress disorder, women's mental health, and cultural psychiatry. He combines his clinical expertise with a passion for working with underserved populations and the LGBTQIA+ population to address mental health needs across various communities. Dr. Padua has experience working in a variety of settings, which includes working as an outpatient psychiatrist at a federally qualified health center (FQHC), and as a correctional psychiatrist at the Washoe County Sherriff's Office in Reno, NV. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Padua has also participated in research and education, and has co-authored peer-reviewed articles in the fields of psychiatry and biology.

Dr. Sophia Mikityanskiy is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in outpatient and psychiatric emergency settings in Brooklyn, where she served a diverse patient population. She earned her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her adult psychiatry residency at Maimonides Medical Center, where she was Chief of Outpatient Psychiatry. Dr. Mikityanskiy spent six years as Associate Program Director and Director of Medical Student Education, mentoring future clinicians and leading initiatives to support mental health professionals.

Dr. Mikityanskiy creates a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. She is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and integrates talk therapy with lifestyle interventions to address mental health holistically. She is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and values open communication to develop clear, personalized treatment plans with each patient.

Dr. Mikityanskiy begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation, listening closely to patient concerns, medical and psychiatric history, and treatment goals. She then develops an individualized plan, incorporating lifestyle modifications and shared decision-making. Throughout care, she remains actively involved, continuously adjusting plans to ensure patients feel informed and empowered.

Jennifer Murdock is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner from Wisconsin. She specializes in mental health and has over a decade of experience. Seeking treatment for mental health issues can be intimidating and difficult. It can also come at a time of challenges and hardships. If you are dealing with mental health issues that don’t seem to be resolving with traditional talk therapy, it may be necessary to consider more intensive outpatient treatment options such as medication and/or alternative strategies to relieve symptoms. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, Jennifer strives to create an open, inviting, and non-judgmental environment with compassion and acceptance. Jennifer, a PMHNP, is here to support, guide, and empower you in your journey to recovery and ultimately in becoming the best version of yourself. With an emphasis on a client-centered approach, she works with each unique client to find an evidence-based psychiatric or substance use treatment model that works best with them and their lifestyle. She will utilize an eclectic, holistic approach to your treatment plan including conventional medicine, supplements, alternative and complementary methods, and lifestyle modifications to help you achieve your goals. Jennifer reflects on her own experiences and feelings to connect with whoever comes into the office on a deep empathic level. She enjoys partnering with patients from teens to geriatrics and is passionate about working with those who struggle with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and related disorders, mood disorders, and addiction. Jennifer also has experience in treating patients with medical comorbidities. She loves animals and finds them a source of comfort, healing, and humor.

Dr. Irene Pastis is a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in adult psychiatry.  She completed residency training at East Carolina University in both internal medicine and psychiatry.  After residency, she pursued her passion in psychiatry and stayed on as a clinical assistant professor in the department of psychiatry at East Carolina University.  In this role she specialized in treating adults with mental illness in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.  She has spent a considerable amount of time teaching residents and medical students and has published several papers focusing on the neuroscience pathways of mental health conditions.  In her daily practice, Dr. Pastis focuses on evidence-based treatments utilizing the latest clinical guidelines and current approved treatments.  In addition to medication management, she also incorporates psychotherapy in the treatment of mental health conditions.  Dr. Pastis is passionate about taking a collaborative approach with her patients to help them reach their potential.

Dr. Alexander Van-Den-Ende is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who recently completed his psychiatry residency training at Authority Health in Detroit, Michigan. Beyond his proficiency in medication management, Dr. Van-Den-Ende has training in talk therapy and novel treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. He is pleased with the increase in access to mental healthcare that comes through telemedicine, and is committed to providing high quality care to his patients. Dr. Van-Den-Ende's approach emphasizes patient insight and mindfulness, guiding individuals on a journey towards self-awareness and mental well-being.
