Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).

Dr. Kristina Foreman is a board-certified psychiatrist and child and adolescent psychiatrist who earned her medical degree from St. George’s University and completed both psychiatry residency and fellowship at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She served for four years as an attending on a high-acuity inpatient adolescent unit in Denver, leading a multidisciplinary team in the care of complex cases. She also presents nationally on Positive and Lifestyle Psychiatry and has taught these approaches to fellows and residents.

Her style is open, thoughtful, and relationship-focused, creating a space where patients feel safe sharing what matters most. She brings a therapeutic mindset to every encounter and practices strengths-based care to help people connect with resilience and agency. Trained in the Vermont Family-Based Approach, she values family involvement and blends medication management with therapeutic principles and lifestyle psychiatry to support emotional flexibility and values-driven change.

Dr. Foreman begins by gaining a full understanding of each patient’s history, strengths, challenges, and hopes for treatment. She builds individualized plans that may include medication, lifestyle strategies, psychotherapy-informed tools, and family participation when helpful. She incorporates ACT, DBT, CBT, and positive psychology concepts to foster insight and skill development. Dr. Kaur is an adult psychiatrist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She completed her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science and Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in St. Kitts. Dr. Kaur completed her transitional year residency at Coliseum Medical Center/Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, with focused training in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Neurology. She then pursued her general adult psychiatry residency at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Ohio. She further specialized by completing a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, with emphasis on psycho-oncology, women’s mental health, and Med-Psych.

Dr. Kaur is passionate about delivering thoughtful and comprehensive care for individuals experiencing depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma-related disorders, bipolar spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, stress and adjustment difficulties, insomnia, and maternal mental health conditions. Her clinical approach incorporates recognized and effective treatment modalities, including neuropsychopharmacology and neuroimaging. She has extensive experience working with undergraduate and graduate students, older adults, the LGBTQ community, and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Dr. Justine Sever Chilelli, DO, earned her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent fellowship at the University of South Florida. She is board certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Her experience includes treating children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, inpatient, consultation-liaison, school-based, and residential settings.

Dr. Chilelli values a collaborative, team-based approach where she and her patients work together to build a treatment plan. She emphasizes open and honest communication, aiming to improve quality of life and reduce the impact of mental health symptoms.
