Dr. Marcus serves as Chair of Psychotherapy Education at the Roanoke VAMC and is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatric Medicine at UVA. He has been board certified by the ABPN since 1996 and received the Mulholland Society Excellence in Teaching Award in 1998.

She completed her psychiatry residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, serving as Chief Resident, and went on to complete a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (Psychosomatic Medicine) at the University of Washington. With more than 17 years of clinical experience, including a decade in county health systems and community psychiatry, she is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator. Dr. Chopra has contributed to psychiatric research through publications and presentations at national and international conferences and has participated in rural health camps in India in support of global health initiatives.

Dr. William Sultan is an MD and final-year psychiatry resident at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating in June 2026. He earned his MD from Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Molecular & Cell Biology (Neurobiology) and Psychology from UC Berkeley. His training spans inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential settings, including work with veterans and first responders managing PTSD and substance use. With a clinical research background and 14 peer-reviewed publications, he values evidence-based care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new foods.
