Dr. Rachel Bennett is a double board-certified physician in General Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  She graduated magna cum laude from Rosemont College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with dual minors in Biochemistry and English Literature.  She earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine with a concentration in Medical Humanities.  Dr. Bennett completed residency training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  Her areas of research interest and publication during undergraduate and medical study and training have included pediatric palliative care, caregiver burden, autism spectrum disorders, and attachment-based family therapy.

Before joining Talkiatry, Dr. Bennett worked for nearly 12 years as a staff psychiatrist for Prospect Crozer Keystone Health System.  Her extensive clinical experience includes providing in-person and telepsychiatric care in a variety of settings including outpatient psychotherapy and community mental healthcare practices, hospital-based clinics, and school-based treatment programs, as well as emergency, consultation-liaison, and inpatient psychiatry.

Tiffany Chaille is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with nearly a decade of clinical practice and over 15 years of experience working in behavioral health. Her background includes inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, crisis-focused care, community mental health, integrated pain and psychiatry care, and telepsychiatry. She has a growing interest in functional and integrative approaches to mental health. Tiffany earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a PMHNP from Indiana University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University.

Tiffany believes mental health care is most effective when patients feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. She takes a calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach, meeting patients where they are. Dr. Zac Keller, DO, DABPN (he/his), is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience across inpatient and outpatient settings. He has held leadership roles including Interim Medical Director and Director at Richard Young Hospital, where he also created and led the hospital’s ECT program. Dr. Keller’s clinical focus includes ADHD, PTSD, and personality disorders, and he brings an integrative lens to psychiatric care.

Roberta Gelfand is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over eight years of experience providing compassionate outpatient mental health care in New York and New Jersey. She works with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings, including private practice, outpatient programs, community mental health centers, and non-profit organizations. Roberta supports individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, attention challenges, and relationship issues. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MSW from Hunter College, CUNY, and is trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, SFBT, IFS, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, emotionally focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches. He also held an academic appointment as Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College. He completed residency and fellowship training in New York through the Northwell Health System and BronxCare Health System, where he served as Chief Fellow in Child Psychiatry. He has also worked as a researcher at institutions including Columbia University. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, sci-fi fantasy, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, sailing, and sportfishing.

Arlette is a bilingual clinician fluent in English and Spanish and currently serves as a Bilingual Clinical Program Coordinator, providing clinical supervision, consultation, and direct care. She has extensive experience delivering individual, group, and family therapy in school-based, community, and outpatient settings, with a background in crisis intervention, assessment, treatment planning, solution-focused counseling, trauma-informed care, and telehealth services.

Dr. Andrew Luy Tan is a board-certified adult psychiatrist at Talkiatry. He has experience treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Dr. Pe Win is a board-certified psychiatrist.  He earned his medical degree (M.B.,B.S) from Institute of Medicine (1), Rangoon, Burma.  He went to obtain master’s degree in public health (MPH, Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York.  He worked as a researcher in the area of Behavioral Health associated with drug use among HIV patients and Colombian youth.  He published several papers together with principal investigators on NIMH grants.  He received his residency training in psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, New York.

Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).      

Dr. Win also worked in inpatient setting for both adolescents and adults for 5 years on a part-time basis in Four Winds Hospital, Katonah, New York.

During the first visit, patients can expect comprehensive interview focusing on patient- center approach.  After attentive, compassionate interview and open communication, patients will be evaluated thoroughly of their symptoms, mental and medical heath history, social history, family history, risk assessment, patient’s goals and needs, and treatment plan will be discussed.

He is a Certified Healthcare Executive, holds a master’s degree in preventive medicine and biometrics, and has published in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Abaci has served as a faculty member at the University of Rochester Medical Center since 2005 and has extensive experience across hospital, outpatient, and school-based mental health settings. These disorders have almost certainly been with us for all of recorded human history, but within the last few generations, our understanding of and ability to treat these conditions has grown by leaps and bounds.

Dr. Kristen Clark earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and completed her psychiatry residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson. She has extensive experience practicing primarily in outpatient settings, along with additional experience in inpatient, consultation, and emergency psychiatry. Dr. Clark is licensed in Indiana, New Jersey, and New York. She has also served in academic roles, teaching and mentoring trainees in both medical school and residency. She is board-certified in Psychiatry and in Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Solomon’s presence at Talkiatry brings her career full circle and back to her greatest joy as a psychiatrist—working directly with patients one‑on‑one to help them integrate the complexity of their feelings, beliefs, and personal reality in the context of an increasingly complicated world around them.

Her qualifications include a B.A. in biology from Harvard University and an M.D. from Tufts School of Medicine. She completed psychiatry residencies at Mt. Sinai and Brown and is board certified in both Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. Her four decades of practice have exposed her to an eclectic range of cultures, ethnicities, and pathologies in a wide variety of settings, from solo practice to regional medical centers to academic institutions. Her breadth and depth of clinical and life experience have helped her transcend cultural biases and institutional conventions and to more clearly see each patient as a uniquely complex and lovable individual.

Dr. Solomon takes a compassionate, individualized, and pragmatic approach to treatment, beginning in the first visit with a full history and discussion with the patient of their symptoms, challenges, and goals.
