Dr. Akshar Brahmbhatt, DO, attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he majored in Economics before earning his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University. He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He has experience in both inpatient and outpatient care and brings expertise in ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, bipolar depression, OCD, and a wide range of psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Rachel Bennett is a double board-certified physician in General Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  She graduated magna cum laude from Rosemont College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with dual minors in Biochemistry and English Literature.  She earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine with a concentration in Medical Humanities.  Dr. Bennett completed residency training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  Her areas of research interest and publication during undergraduate and medical study and training have included pediatric palliative care, caregiver burden, autism spectrum disorders, and attachment-based family therapy.

Before joining Talkiatry, Dr. Bennett worked for nearly 12 years as a staff psychiatrist for Prospect Crozer Keystone Health System.  Her extensive clinical experience includes providing in-person and telepsychiatric care in a variety of settings including outpatient psychotherapy and community mental healthcare practices, hospital-based clinics, and school-based treatment programs, as well as emergency, consultation-liaison, and inpatient psychiatry.

Tiffany Chaille is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with nearly a decade of clinical practice and over 15 years of experience working in behavioral health. Her background includes inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, crisis-focused care, community mental health, integrated pain and psychiatry care, and telepsychiatry. She has a growing interest in functional and integrative approaches to mental health. Tiffany earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a PMHNP from Indiana University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University.

Dr. Zac Keller, DO, DABPN (he/his), is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience across inpatient and outpatient settings. He has held leadership roles including Interim Medical Director and Director at Richard Young Hospital, where he also created and led the hospital’s ECT program. Dr. Keller’s clinical focus includes ADHD, PTSD, and personality disorders, and he brings an integrative lens to psychiatric care.

Dr. Pe Win is a board-certified psychiatrist.  He earned his medical degree (M.B.,B.S) from Institute of Medicine (1), Rangoon, Burma.  He went to obtain master’s degree in public health (MPH, Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York.  He worked as a researcher in the area of Behavioral Health associated with drug use among HIV patients and Colombian youth.  He published several papers together with principal investigators on NIMH grants.  He received his residency training in psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, New York.

Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).      

Dr. Win also worked in inpatient setting for both adolescents and adults for 5 years on a part-time basis in Four Winds Hospital, Katonah, New York.

Cherie earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from National University and completed her intern hours working with adolescents in foster care and adults with severe mental illness in community-based programs. Over the past four years, she has focused on mental and behavioral health in a telehealth setting, treating lower-acuity concerns such as anxiety, depression, panic, and adjustment disorders, along with trauma work using EMDR.

Cherie believes it is both a privilege and a responsibility to create a safe, supportive space where patients can clarify goals and develop aspirations. Her work emphasizes identifying barriers to success and examining unhelpful core beliefs, allowing patients to move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Cherie spends the first one to two sessions gaining a clear understanding of where patients are coming from and where they would like to go. Dr. James “Jim” Staudenmeier is a physician with a distinguished career in military and civilian psychiatry. A retired Colonel in the U.S. Army, he has served as a plenary and invited speaker at national and international conferences on topics including addiction, electroconvulsive therapy, hypnotherapy, and quality improvement. He is a Certified Healthcare Executive, holds a master’s degree in preventive medicine and biometrics, and has published in peer-reviewed journals. His clinical background includes pain management, addiction psychiatry, child and adult psychiatry, and academic appointments at multiple universities.

Dr. Staudenmeier values collaboration and encourages patients to ask questions, clarify expectations, and identify their primary concerns from the start. Dr. Taj Deen earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed psychiatry residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. He has over 20 years of experience at Jacobi Medical Center’s acute inpatient psychiatric unit, led an acute psychiatric unit for 10 years at Montrose VA Hospital in New York, and served for 25 years in the psychiatric emergency room at Westchester Medical Center.

He works closely with patients to set clear treatment goals and objectives while creating a warm, supportive environment in which patients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
