Her background includes inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, crisis-focused care, community mental health, integrated pain and psychiatry care, and telepsychiatry. She has a growing interest in functional and integrative approaches to mental health. Tiffany earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a PMHNP from Indiana University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University.

Dr. Zac Keller, DO, DABPN (he/his), is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience across inpatient and outpatient settings. He has held leadership roles including Interim Medical Director and Director at Richard Young Hospital, where he also created and led the hospital’s ECT program. Dr. Keller’s clinical focus includes ADHD, PTSD, and personality disorders, and he brings an integrative lens to psychiatric care.

Roberta Gelfand is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over eight years of experience providing compassionate outpatient mental health care in New York and New Jersey. He also held an academic appointment as Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Anangamanjari Pedapudi earned her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of South Florida. She completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Colorado and is double board-certified in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Pedapudi has experience in inpatient settings and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including co-morbid substance use disorders.

Dr. Pe Win is a board-certified psychiatrist.  He earned his medical degree (M.B.,B.S) from Institute of Medicine (1), Rangoon, Burma.  He went to obtain master’s degree in public health (MPH, Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York.  He worked as a researcher in the area of Behavioral Health associated with drug use among HIV patients and Colombian youth.  He published several papers together with principal investigators on NIMH grants.  He received his residency training in psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, New York.

Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).      

Dr. Win also worked in inpatient setting for both adolescents and adults for 5 years on a part-time basis in Four Winds Hospital, Katonah, New York.

During the first visit, patients can expect comprehensive interview focusing on patient- center approach.  After attentive, compassionate interview and open communication, patients will be evaluated thoroughly of their symptoms, mental and medical heath history, social history, family history, risk assessment, patient’s goals and needs, and treatment plan will be discussed.

Her background includes roles as a Special Education Teacher, Psychology Instructor, Executive Director, Lead Therapist at an outpatient drug treatment facility, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and Disability Services Counselor.

Greta holds a BA in Psychology from Tuskegee University, an MS in Counseling & Human Development from Troy University, and an MEd in Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University. She is licensed in Texas, Colorado, California, and Arizona, and is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).

Highly structured yet comical, Greta creates a nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable being themselves. Each month, she helps patients set three short-term goals, reflect on accomplishments, and note things they are grateful for—supporting growth, self-awareness, and emotional balance.

He is a Certified Healthcare Executive, holds a master’s degree in preventive medicine and biometrics, and has published in peer-reviewed journals. His clinical background includes pain management, addiction psychiatry, child and adult psychiatry, and academic appointments at multiple universities.

Dr. Staudenmeier values collaboration and encourages patients to ask questions, clarify expectations, and identify their primary concerns from the start.
