With more than 17 years of clinical experience, including a decade in county health systems and community psychiatry, she is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator. Dr. Chopra has contributed to psychiatric research through publications and presentations at national and international conferences and has participated in rural health camps in India in support of global health initiatives.

Her expertise includes the treatment of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), using evidence-based psychopharmacology while incorporating psychotherapy when appropriate. His training included diverse patient populations, a wide range of mental health conditions, and evidence-based therapies including ACT, CBT, SFBT, psychodynamic, and supportive therapy.

Dr. William Sultan is an MD and final-year psychiatry resident at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating in June 2026. He earned his MD from Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Molecular & Cell Biology (Neurobiology) and Psychology from UC Berkeley. His training spans inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential settings, including work with veterans and first responders managing PTSD and substance use. With a clinical research background and 14 peer-reviewed publications, he values evidence-based care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new foods.

Dr. Sultan believes the best psychiatric care is built on partnership. He has experience across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and consult-liaison psychiatry settings and is on track to become board certified in September 2026.

Dr. Ho has experience providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for diverse patient populations.

He is also an experienced yoga and meditation instructor who teaches at national yoga conferences.
