She later led Behavioral Health at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and served 15 years as Department Chief at Alexander T. Before joining Talkiatry, he had the honor of working for the Department of Veterans Affairs in both outpatient and residential settings, and gained experience in improving quality of life for veterans with a wide range of troublesome to downright disabling psychiatric conditions, including severe anxiety and mood disorders, psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, developmental disorders including autism spectrum and attention-deficit disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. These disorders have almost certainly been with us for all of recorded human history, but within the last few generations, our understanding of and ability to treat these conditions has grown by leaps and bounds.

Dr. Manasterski trained at the University of South Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology, and completing medical school and residency at the Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Lee has a long-standing interest in preventive care and cultural diversity. He studied Public Health and Cultural Anthropology at Rutgers University and received his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in New Jersey. Dr. Roxanne McClung is a board-certified psychiatrist, specializing in general adult psychiatry.  She completed her General Psychiatry Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year of training. She earned her MD (Doctor of Medicine) from the American University of the Caribbean, a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Dr. McClung brings a uniquely comprehensive and well-rounded approach to psychiatric care.  Having served in multiple roles – including case manager, psychotherapist, and program/clinical director –she has a deep understanding of patient care across various settings and perspectives.

After completing his training, he entered private practice in Rock Hill, SC and served the community for 11+ years. During that time, he also served as Staff Psychiatrist at Winthrop University. Prior to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Lee served as an Attending Psychiatrist and Medical Director of an inpatient psychiatric unit. Throughout his professional career, he has remained passionate about educating individuals about sustaining better mental health and eradicating the stigma of mental illness. Dr. Lee brings a vast array of knowledge to Talkiatry. He has experience treating various psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and ADHD. His approach focuses on evidence-based medication management and incorporates supportive therapy techniques as well as psychoeducation to address the presenting issues in a compassionate and competent manner. He grew up in Austin, Texas, and attended Texas State University, where he earned a BA in Psychology and a Master's degree in Biology/Biochemistry. After graduating from medical school at Ross University, he completed his residency in Psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Varhely has served as an outpatient psychiatrist at the Department of Veterans Affairs and acted as an attending physician for resident psychiatrists at Texas A&M and UT Dell Medical Schools. He then acted as a sole proprietor of an outpatient psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy practice in Georgetown, Texas and later started contracting for North Central Health Care Mental Health Clinic, applying psychotropic medication management expertise to community-based treatment facilities in Wisconsin. Dr. Varhely's approach is rooted in forming meaningful connections with his patients. He wholeheartedly believes that psychological suffering stems from a blend of biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors. Dr. Pe Win is a board-certified psychiatrist.  He earned his medical degree (M.B.,B.S) from Institute of Medicine (1), Rangoon, Burma.  He went to obtain master’s degree in public health (MPH, Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York.  He worked as a researcher in the area of Behavioral Health associated with drug use among HIV patients and Colombian youth.  He published several papers together with principal investigators on NIMH grants.  He received his residency training in psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, New York.

Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).      

Dr. Win also worked in inpatient setting for both adolescents and adults for 5 years on a part-time basis in Four Winds Hospital, Katonah, New York.

During the first visit, patients can expect comprehensive interview focusing on patient- center approach.  After attentive, compassionate interview and open communication, patients will be evaluated thoroughly of their symptoms, mental and medical heath history, social history, family history, risk assessment, patient’s goals and needs, and treatment plan will be discussed.

He will provide warm and supportive environment by active listening and giving constructive suggestions.  He will explore possible coping strategies, assess patient’s readiness to change, and provide mindfulness, behavioral modification, CBT, motivational interview as well as medication management emphasizing on personalized treatment plan.

Dr. Win is committed to ongoing follow-up visit, reviewing prior discussions, any changes in patient’s mental/medical condition, stress level, side effects of medication, psychoeducation, coping strategies, psychotherapy, and adjustment of care as needed (medication as well as behavioral therapy)

Dr. Alexandre is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his psychiatry training both in Brazil and in the United States, where he served as Chief Resident in both programs. He is fluent in both English and Portuguese and is especially attuned to the unique challenges faced by international and immigrant populations. Dr. Alexandre is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful and sustained improvements in their mental health.

He brings over a decade of experience in mental health care and has a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment. His clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, and cross-cultural psychiatry.

Dr. Alexandre incorporates a collaborative and compassionate approach to care, combining medication management with elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, and interpersonal strategies when appropriate.

Dr. Andrew Miller is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating patients across Indiana. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Indiana University, followed by his Doctorate of Medicine and residency training in psychiatry. He went on to complete a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry and maintains active involvement in professional organizations, including serving as past president of the Indiana Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Outside of medicine, Dr. Miller values time with his wife and two children and enjoys sports, Lego building, and supporting Indiana athletics.

Dr. Miller believes in building a collaborative therapeutic relationship grounded in respect and open communication. He strives to create a safe, supportive environment where patients of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—feel heard and understood. He works to balance medical expertise with patient preferences, encouraging shared decision-making and honoring each individual’s goals in treatment.

Dr. Sallie Jo Hadley holds the position of Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She is board-certified in psychiatry and pediatrics and is board-eligible in child and adolescent psychiatry. She has been practicing for 22 years. Dr. Hadley's practice is focused on medication management with supportive therapy in follow-up sessions of 15 or 30 minutes. Dr. Hadley is experienced with collaborative treatment and encourages adding a therapist to your care team in those situations where additional therapy might be helpful. Dr. Hadley is a graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine's triple-board program (psychiatry, pediatrics, and child and adolescent psychiatry). She completed post-doctoral research fellowships at Mount Sinai's Seaver Center for Autism Research/Compulsive-Impulsive Anxiety Disorders and at Columbia University's New York State Psychiatric Institute, the latter focusing on metabolic and weight issues in children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders. Dr. Hadley had an early background as a nurse, receiving her B.S. in Nursing from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Her experience in neonatal, psychiatric, and hospice nursing led her to pursue her degree in medicine. Dr. Hadley has worked in pharmacologic research in both academic and industry settings. Prior to joining Talkiatry, she practiced in a multi-specialty clinic for individuals and families dealing with autism or intellectual disabilities and complex medical co-morbidities. Dr. Hadley enjoys working with motivated individuals of all ages who are seeking to better their life or better cope with life circumstances. Dr. Maria Teresa Carvajal is an adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist. She is originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Dr. Carvajal earned her medical degree from Universidad de Guayaquil in Ecuador. She then participated in a medical program at The William J. Harrington Training Program for Latin America and the Caribbean, at Jackson Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Miami in Florida. Afterwards, she completed her adult psychiatry residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Bronx Care Health System, and her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Northwell Health in New York. She has experience working in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments. Dr. Carvajal has submitted and presented work to the American Psychiatric Association and has also collaborated on a book publication. Dr. Carvajal has experience treating children and adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, dementia, etc. She utilizes medication management in conjunction with emotional and supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. She is passionate about her work and understands the impact of mental illnesses in daily life activities and in the family system. Dr. Mann is a double board-certified psychiatrist specializing in the care of adults, with additional expertise in the care of older adults. Her practice focuses on medication management for a wide range of psychiatric conditions. It incorporates various therapeutic modalities in order to optimize symptomatic improvement and enhance quality of life. Dr. Mann received her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in psychiatry at Maimonides Medical Center, and fellowship training in geriatric psychiatry at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Mann's approach is rooted in empathy. She believes in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship in facilitating the healing process. Dr. Kali Cyrus holds an MD and has trained at institutions across the U.S., including Stanford, Emory, University of Illinois College of Medicine, and Yale, where they completed residency and a fellowship in adult and community psychiatry. Dr. Cyrus has worked in diverse clinical settings, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient practices, home visits, student mental health, and veterans’ hospitals, and has held faculty positions at Johns Hopkins and Yale. Featured on NPR, MSNBC, NowThis, Showtime, and HBO, Dr. Cyrus identifies as neurodivergent and brings curiosity and authenticity to their work.

Asli Saba Abaci, MD is a dual board-certified psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She earned her medical degree from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Medical School and began her career in emergency medicine at a major trauma hospital. She later completed a research fellowship at Georgetown University before finishing her psychiatry residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, followed by a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship in 2004. Dr. Abaci has served as a faculty member at the University of Rochester Medical Center since 2005 and has extensive experience across hospital, outpatient, and school-based mental health settings. She is deeply passionate about patient care, family involvement, and medical education.

Dr. Abaci values building meaningful, reliable relationships with her patients and believes psychiatric care extends beyond medication management. She completed her psychiatry residency at Baylor College of Medicine Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in Houston, TX. Dr. Mittakanti previously served as a Staff Psychiatrist at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center for over seven years, where she evaluated and treated veterans with a wide range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety and panic disorders, PTSD, bipolar-related disorders, ADHD, and substance use disorders.

Dr. Finch was born and raised in New York and now lives in North Carolina. Dr. Finch specializes both in psychiatric medication management and various forms of psychotherapy. He believes that effective psychiatric treatment requires attention to multiple domains, including the establishment of a strong doctor/patient relationship, the development of a sound understanding of who the patient is as an individual, and a comprehensive assessment of spiritual and biological factors contributing to mental health. Dr. Meyen was employed by the Department of Veteran Affairs for 10 years prior to joining Talkiatry. She is board certified in both adult and geriatric psychiatry. She specializes in depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and many other mental health disorders.

Dr. Meyen is a Harvard trained, board certified, adult psychiatrist who specializes in creating individually tailored treatment plans for patients using high quality evidence and up-to-date clinical guidelines. She has a passion for shared decision making, which means empathetic listening to each patient, and making a customized plan that supports their individual values and preferences.  

When meeting with a patient for the first time, Dr. Meyen carefully reviews current symptoms, past history, patient values/preferences. Dr. Prit Patel is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He obtained his medical degree from the University of South Florida and subsequently completed his residency training at the University of Texas at Austin and Northwell Health’s Zucker Hillside Hospital. During his training, Dr. Patel also served as chief resident of Zucker’s Hillside Hospital’s outpatient psychiatric department.

Following his training, Dr. Patel has previously worked at New York Presbyterian’s Gracie Square Hospital, where he served as an inpatient psychiatrist treating a variety of mental health conditions, utilizing a combination of medication management and therapeutic techniques in helping those experiencing distress due to their conditions.

Throughout his training and career thus far, Dr. Patel has received several awards for his clinical care and contribution to medical and psychiatric education, such as Zucker Hillside’s Psychiatric Educator award. Dr. Patel has also contributed to medical research in the domains of psychiatry as well as LGBTQ+ healthcare.

Dr. Patel has an interest in not only treating disorders but also helping patients improve their overall well-being. Dr. Peter Hsieh has experience practicing in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings. He earned his medical degree from the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and completed his psychiatry residency at Zucker SOM at Mather Hospital.

Dr. Hsieh values patient education and shared decision-making. He fosters a nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and supported, working collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that fits their goals and needs.

Dr. Hsieh begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and partners with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan that aligns with their values and evidence-based care. His approach often combines medication management with psychotherapeutic modalities.

Dr. Michael Locher completed Adult Psychiatry Residency Training at Los Angeles County, University of Southern California in which he focused two years of training in conducting Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. Dr. Locher received his Bachelor of Science Undergraduate degree in 3 years with Phi Beta Kappa honors at University of Miami, Florida. In medical school at Stony Brook School of Medicine in New York, Dr. Locher was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society while earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Dr. Locher has held academic appointments at University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Western University of Health Sciences, and Ventura Community Memorial Health System Psychiatric Residency Training Program. He has an in interest working with immigrants and LGBTQ+ communities.  

Dr. Locher’s approach to medication management is that it is one tool to be used in the broader context of a multi-modal evidence-based treatment approach that draws upon psychotherapy, mindfulness skills, Buddhist psychology, psychedelic AKA “mind manifesting” studies, yoga philosophy, and other integrative practices. She holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in biomedical engineering. Dr. Broom has experience in telepsychiatry, inpatient, outpatient, and interventional psychiatry settings, with expertise in treating mood, anxiety, trauma-related, attention, and substance use disorders, as well as women’s behavioral health and veteran populations.

Dr. Broom believes it’s a privilege to be part of her patients’ healing journey. She fosters authentic, therapeutic relationships in a supportive, judgment-free space that encourages open, honest communication. Her collaborative style integrates motivational interviewing, supportive psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral strategies, all while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care that may include medication, therapy, and lifestyle changes.

Dr. Komal Shah, M.D. is double board certified in adult & geriatric psychiatry. She did her residency at Nassau University Medical Center, New York & then did fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at LIJ-Albert Einstein school, New York. She has been practicing psychiatry for over 25 years.  

Dr. Shah has extensive experience in evaluating & managing a variety of psychiatric disorders such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, dementia, etc. She held an academic position as a clinical assistant professor at Rutgers-UBHC for several years. Dr. Shah has worked in various clinical settings including inpatient, outpatient clinics, partial hospital programs, nursing homes, thus serving vast variety of patient populations. She has also volunteered her services at NAMI (National Alliance for mental illness)-SAMHAJ to create & promote awareness of mental health issues in the community. All this makes her a very well experienced & efficient psychiatrist.  

Dr. Komal Shah believes in creating a strong therapeutic alliance first with her patients based on mutual trust & honesty. Her primary modality of treatment is medication management, but she may also provide supportive psychotherapy and education, practicing evidence-based medicine. She has been involved in training the next generation of psychiatrists through her past work on the Program Director team for the MGH-McLean Psychiatry Residency Program. Dr. Deringer cares deeply about understanding each patient's unique experience.  She recognizes that mental health symptoms are impacted by an individual's biological make-up, social situation, and their individual way of interacting with others in the world.  She will assess all of these factors and work with you to develop an appropriate treatment plan to help you feel better and meet your goals.  She incorporates supportive psychotherapy into all of her patient meetings; this may include discussions of the role of nutrition, exercise, and sleep habits in your overall well-being.

Dr. Deringer will begin the evaluation process with a thorough one-hour session in which we will discuss your current symptoms, your prior treatment history, your medical history, and your goals for treatment.  At the end of that session, she will begin to formulate her diagnostic impression and treatment recommendations.  Sometimes, the evaluation process may require more than one session, and it may be helpful for Dr. Deringer to gather information, with your permission, from prior treatment or to collaborate with your therapist if you have one.  Dr. Deringer will work with you on a medication treatment plan, if clinically indicated, to help you manage your symptoms and achieve your treatment goals.

Dr. Gonzalez prefers a holistic approach that takes the time to know the whole patient, incorporating biological, psychological, social, and cultural perspectives in crafting a comprehensive, individualized, treatment plan. He practices medication management combined with supportive therapy, typically delivered within 30 minute sessions. Elements of psychodynamic, dialectical behavior and cognitive-behavioral therapy will also be incorporated into sessions based on a patient's individual needs. If additional therapy is needed, Dr. Gonzalez will recommend the addition of an individual therapist to the patient's treatment team. Having dedicated his career to adult outpatient psychiatry, Dr. Gonzalez has worked with patients from a wide range of ages, cultures, ethnicities, and social settings across the New York City area. His primary focus is working with patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. He also values working with people adjusting to changes in their lives, whether it be grieving the loss of a loved one, changes in employment, relationships, or adjusting to changes that come with age. Dr. Taylor Brady, MD, MBA, is a psychiatrist who found his passion for mental health care through the power of listening to people’s stories. Dr. Zadoo first completes an initial psychiatric evaluation to establish diagnoses and create a comprehensive plan for treatment. Dr. Workman also holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained in Rishikesh, India. Dr. Hartman graduated from Tufts University before completing medical school at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed residency at Maimonides Medical Center, where she was a Chief Resident, and then pursued an addiction psychiatry fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Hartman was also trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy by the Psychoanalytic Association of NY. Following her training, Dr. Hartman returned to Maimonides Medical Center, where she worked as an attending adult outpatient clinic, treating patients from many different backgrounds with a wide array of diagnoses. She holds a special interest in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and OCD. Dr. Hartman uses a compassionate and thoughtful approach in order to form a collaborative partnership with her patients. She believes in treating the person as a whole and tailoring treatments to each individual's specific needs. Dr. Hartman works with patients in 30 30-minute follow up sessions, where in addition to medication management she provides supportive and at times psychodynamic therapeutic techniques.

Dr. Emmalee Boyle is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who specializes in providing patient-centered care. Dr. Boyle's areas of interest include treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Dr. Jen Wygant is a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in adult psychiatry. She completed her residency training in general adult psychiatry at the University of Michigan and received her medical degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. However, she took a non-traditional path to medical school. She earned her undergraduate degree in nursing at Northern Michigan University where she also did Army ROTC and competed on their cross-country ski team. After graduation, she went on to work as a nurse in the Army and compete on the US National Biathlon Team.

During her training, Dr. Wygant gained extensive experience treating a wide range of diagnoses with particular emphasis on PTSD, anxiety and depression in diverse populations, including college students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, perinatal individuals, Veterans and those with socioeconomic disadvantages.

Through her work as an Army nurse, lifestyle as an elite level athlete, and training as an Osteopathic physician she has developed a holistic and compassionate approach to providing care as well as an understanding of challenges unique to athletes and Service members. She integrates multiple types of therapy into her medication management appointments and collaborates with patients to form an individualized and empowering care plan that aligns with their goals and priorities.

Dr. Melody Stupey is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 26 years of experience treating adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She earned her medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University and completed her residency at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Stupey is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Mitchell Laski earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2011 and completed his medical degree at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 2017. He completed his residency in psychiatry at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia, in 2021, where he was selected as Chief Resident. Dr. Laski has extensive experience in both outpatient and deployed settings, having completed two operational tours with the U.S. Navy. During these tours, he served in Embedded Mental Health Clinics and aboard deployed ships, working directly with Sailors.

Understanding that beginning mental health care can be difficult, Dr. Laski starts with friendly, casual questions to build rapport—asking about patients’ background, interests, and current life situation. He then reviews their medical and psychiatric history before exploring current symptoms and stressors. Together, he and the patient collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan.

Dr. Rodriguez is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He earned his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and completed his residency at the University of Southern California. Dr. Rodriguez has experience working in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, and correctional facilities.

Dr. Rodriguez specializes in treating depression and anxiety. Dr. Natalie Armijo is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over twenty years of experience. She completed medical school, internship and residency at the University of New Mexico. She has worked for private HMOs and government facilities. Her private practice combines conventional treatment with nutrition and physical activity to support total health.

Dr. Armijo treats patients, ages 18 to 64, who have conditions related to anxiety, depression, trauma and ADHD with medication and supportive therapy. Her clinical interests include integrative medicine and nutritional psychiatry.

Your first visit with Dr. Armijo will range from thirty minutes to one hour and is designed to collect and clarify information about you. Topics will include your current symptoms, previous mental health treatment, medical conditions, substance use and family history. She will review treatment options, including their risks and benefits. At the end of the visit, she will let you know if her clinical experience and the limitations of an online platform are compatible with your needs. Your safety is her priority.

Follow-up visits range from twenty to thirty minutes and will initially focus on how you are responding to treatment. As your condition stabilizes, she will help you.

Dr. Stoddard earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson and completed his residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. He is board-certified in psychiatry and provides care for adult patient populations. Prior to his career in medicine, he proudly served in the U.S. Air Force.

Although Dr. Stoddard specializes in medication management of psychiatric conditions, supportive psychotherapy is often incorporated into his visits, as he believes a combined approach leads to a more robust treatment response. Additionally, he aims to enhance wellness through discussion of lifestyle modifications that emphasize quality sleep, a healthy diet, and regular exercise.

Initial appointments consist of a psychiatric evaluation and discussion of evidence-based treatment options. If telehealth is deemed to be an appropriate modality and pharmacotherapy is recommended, discussion will consist of selecting a suitable medication to address target symptoms while minimizing adverse effects. Follow-up visits focus on assessing treatment response and adjusting regimens to optimize outcomes.

Dr. Michael Bartolac is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care. He primarily focuses on medication management and supportive therapy, while incorporating psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques during 30-minute follow-up visits.

Dr. Arjun Kaverimanian is an adult psychiatrist with a clinical approach emphasizing the intersection of medication-based treatment and talk therapy. He earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine, after which he completed his psychiatry residency training at Loyola University Medical Center. During his training, he gained experience across a wide range of mental health settings, including community mental health centers and the Department of Veterans Affairs, and worked at various levels of care—from inpatient units to partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, as well as outpatient clinics.

Dr. Kaverimanian has cultivated a robust skill set in psychotherapy techniques—including psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, supportive therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches—which he integrates alongside evidence-based medication management.
