Dr. Rashelle Tomlinson earned her Bachelor of Science from the College of William and Mary and her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed Psychiatry Residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship training at the University of South Florida and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She has practiced in outpatient settings, both in-office and via telemedicine, and has prior experience in inpatient psychiatry and consult liaison work within hospital systems.

Dr. Tomlinson believes in a whole-body approach to treatment and healing. Her style is warm, friendly, and accepting, creating a space where patients feel seen, heard, and respected. Dr. Alton Williams is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience practicing in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatry settings. He earned his medical degree from Washington University in Saint Louis and completed his psychiatry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. His clinical background allows him to support patients across a wide range of mental health needs with a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective.

Dr. Williams values open communication and works collaboratively with patients to set clear, meaningful treatment goals. Respect, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach are central to his practice. He believes mental health care is most effective when patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their care.

Dr. Bianca Fleming is a double board-certified psychiatrist in Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, earned her MD from Morehouse School of Medicine, completed psychiatry residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a child and adolescent fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine. She has experience across inpatient, outpatient, and integrative community health settings.

Dr. Fleming values gathering thorough information through a warm, conversational interview style. She strives to create a supportive therapeutic space while maintaining a balanced sense of patient accountability to promote meaningful progress.

Her approach emphasizes shared agenda setting at every visit to ensure both patient and provider needs are met. Dr. Fleming takes a detailed history to guide clinical decisions, prioritizes patient education, and delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care. Dr. Laura Mayol is double-boarded in child and adolescent psychiatry and adult psychiatry. She has been practicing for over 12 years. Dr. Mayol practice focuses on medication management, which is offered in conjunction with supportive therapy offered in 30 min visit follow-up visits. However occasionally Dr. Mayolmay believe additional therapy is needed and ask you to bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Dr. Mayol received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She completed her residency in adult psychiatry at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. She pursued her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Florida, in Gainesville. After completing training, Dr. Mayol worked with children and adult in a variety settings including Community Mental Health Centers and hospitals, providing both inpatient and outpatient services.

Dr. Mayol then became a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Florida Department of Psychiatry and provided clinical services for UF Student Mental Health at the Counseling and Wellness Center. While treating a wide variety of patients, her clinical focus has been on treating adolescents and young adults with mood and anxiety disorders

Dr. Stephanie Jarvie is a board-certified psychiatrist and has been practicing for over eight years. Stephanie completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of Bristol in her native United Kingdom. She attended Saint George's University school of medicine in Grenada and completed her residency training in psychiatry at New York Medical College Metropolitan Hospital in NYC, New York. As chief resident, Dr. Jarvie learned to balance her clinical experience with organizational duties and scholarly activities. She has played a crucial role, both clinically, and has been a part of multi-disciplinary treatment teams. More recently, she has been an inpatient clinical psychiatrist at Banner University medical center in Arizona and has served as an assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of Arizona for four years. Stephanie is from Edinburgh, Scotland. Her studies and training have taken her on a journey from the United Kingdom and the Caribbean to New York City and Arizona. She uses her exposure to diverse patient populations from around the world to help with her clinical skills and treatment plans. Dr. Jarvie has a wealth of knowledge and experience in treating a diverse range of psychiatric disorders such as major depression disorder, anxiety, bipolar spectrum disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorders. Dr. Jarvie's practice focuses on medication management. She offers this in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up. She works collaboratively with patients to develop individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goal, which may include medication management, lifestyle interventions, and stress reduction techniques. Dr. Jarvie believes that additional therapy may be necessary and asks that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Dr. Peter Szeibel is board certified in adult psychiatry and has been practicing for over 36 years. His practice has focused primarily on medication management within the context of a supportive psychotherapeutic relationship. He also utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques. If the patient requires more intensive psychotherapy, Dr. Szeibel refers the patient to a therapist and collaborates with the therapist. Dr. Szeibel has experience in treating Depressive Disorders, PTSD, Panic Disorder, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and many other conditions. He feels his personal strengths include his inquisitiveness, scientific curiosity, and his desire to understand his patients better. Dr. Szeibel was born in Hungary, just a few months before the Hungarian Revolution against the Soviets broke out in 1956. He and his family fled under difficult circumstances and immigrated to the United States. Dr. Szeibel grew up in New York City. He attended The Bronx High School of Science, followed by Columbia University for his B.A., where he took a double major in chemistry and music. After obtaining his M.D. from S.U.N.Y in Syracuse, he returned to New York City for residency and fellowship training. During this time he won the Bendheim Fellowship Award at Cohen Children's Medical Center for his research study which examined the effects of background music on the academic performance of children with ADHD. His current areas of interest include adult ADHD, psychiatric and medical co-morbidities, and the LGBTQ population.

Dr. Dodd, a Board-Certified psychiatrist, graduated from the University of Georgia Honors Program with a B.S. in Chemistry, and earned her M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia. During her psychiatry residency in Greenville, SC, she was chief resident and gained extensive experience through moonlighting. She joined the faculty of Gateway’s Savannah residency program in 2021, where she served as Assistant Program Director, and continues to teach residents and students as an Assistant Professor at Mercer University and the Medical College of Georgia. In her community psychiatry practice, she specialized in Assertive Community Treatment, worked with First Episode Psychosis programs, a forensic Diversion-Reentry clinic, telehealth, and outpatient psychiatry, particularly serving graduate students, professionals, and their families in the Savannah area.

Dr. Dodd fosters a comfortable environment for patients at any stage of treatment. As a passionate educator, she enjoys providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy to help patients understand themselves, their relationships, and their motivations.

Dr. Macdonnell is a double-boarded psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience in adult psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. Dr. Macdonnell focuses on treating individuals with medication management. Supportive and interpersonal therapy is incorporated as needed. When additional therapy or longer sessions are necessary to enhance the individual's treatment, she invites a therapist to become a member of your care team. Dr. Macdonnell attended undergraduate school at Manhattan School of Music earning a bachelor's and master's degree in violin performance and musicology. She then attended the City University of New York � Hunter College campus majoring in premedical sciences. Dr. Macdonnell attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York, earning a degree in MD. She completed an internship in internal medicine before entering psychiatry residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital � Westchester Division. After completing her residency, she stayed for an additional year, completing a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry. She was promoted to Attending Psychiatrist and Unit Chief of the Geriatric Partial Hospital Program. After two years in academic psychiatry, she entered private practice in New York and Connecticut for 8 years. She then served 2 years in the National Health Service providing outpatient care to an underserved area in central Florida. Moving to Georgia, she has worked in private practice and academic psychiatry at Mercer University College of Medicine before moving on to Veterans' care at Atlanta VA and Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. While Dr. Macdonnell has a wide range of experience, she focuses on general adult psychiatry.

Dr. Lindsay Legnon is board-certified in Psychiatry and has 15 years of experience in outpatient clinical psychiatry. Her focus is primarily on medication management, but she does incorporate brief cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive therapy when appropriate. If more extensive psychotherapy is felt to be beneficial, she will recommend a therapist and collaborate with them for optimal care. She completed her medical degree at Louisiana State University in Shreveport and her residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, where she served as Chief Resident. After completing her residency, she worked primarily in outpatient clinics treating a wide range of mental health disorders. She has extensive experience treating major depressive disorder, a variety of anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder, among others. Medication is felt to be an important tool for many in achieving wellness, and she encourages a holistic approach to improve outcomes. Her hope is to provide relief and help people achieve their goals in their journey back to wellness.

Dr. Absar Tahir is an adult psychiatrist double-boarded in psychiatry and internal medicine who specializes in evidence-based, holistic, and individualized care. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees. Dr. Tahir completed sequential residency training in both internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, followed by psychiatry at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Tahir integrates his knowledge of psychiatry and internal medicine to address the complex interplay between mental and physical health, ensuring a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to diagnosis and treatment. Throughout his career, he has helped patients from all walks of life, from diverse backgrounds, with a compassionate and empathetic treatment style. He strives to ensure his patients feel their voice is heard while working collaboratively towards achieving their treatment goals. As a psychiatrist, he specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). He is also highly experienced in treating psychiatric problems in patients with medical comorbidities.

Dr. Clark is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She is fellowship-trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and has been in practice for 11 years. She received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Clark then completed her residency training and continued her training in child and adolescent fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Clark works with patients to create an environment where they feel comfortable and supported. She focuses on medication management along with supportive therapy. Normally visits are 30-minute follow-ups that allow time to focus on areas of support needed. If additional therapy is recommended, she will request a therapist be added to your care team to meet all your needs. Dr. Clark has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with adult, child, and adolescent populations. She has worked in private practice as well as community mental health, where she worked with reaching under-served communities. Dr Clark has a passion for treating both adult and child and adolescent patients with anxiety and depression.

Dr. Yaejin Park is a board-certified adult psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency training at Mount Sinai Morningside West.

Dr. Park has professional interests in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders.  She strives to provide compassionate and holistic care with the integration of supportive psychotherapy and medication management.

Dr. Komarczyk is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who takes a special interest in developing a therapeutic alliance with each patient by providing an informative, encouraging, and holistic approach to mental health. At the heart of her practice is creating a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space that allows her to work collaboratively with her patients to help them achieve their goals. Her treatment plans include evidence-based medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

Dr. Debrey is board-certified in adult psychiatry. Her approach is client-centered, individualized, and collaborative. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance with each client to work towards achieving enhanced functioning and meaning in their lives. She works with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression and other mood concerns, bipolar spectrum illnesses, OCD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. In some instances, Dr. Debrey may recommend more intensive psychotherapy with a collaborating therapist in order to help facilitate the best care possible. Dr. Debrey received her medical degree from Rush Medical College. She also holds a graduate degree in epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Following medical school, she completed her residency in psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine. During her final year of residency, she served as chief resident at Grady Memorial Hospital. Prior to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Debrey was an assistant professor at Emory University Department of Psychiatry, where she worked as an attending psychiatrist at Grady Behavioral Health. While at Grady, Dr. Debrey worked primarily as a community psychiatrist with a focus on working with individuals experiencing psychosis. She also frequently worked on the inpatient psychiatry service at Grady. As an Emory faculty member, teaching and mentorship were an especially meaningful part of her work.‍

Consuelo Reddick, MD, completed her medical degree and adult psychiatry residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Harvard Medical School’s Cambridge Hospital. She is double board-certified in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Her career has included roles in inpatient and outpatient care, academic settings, consulting, and telepsychiatry across multiple states.

Dr. Reddick works collaboratively with patients, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and informed. She emphasizes psychoeducation to empower patients in their treatment journey and encourages open communication to build trust and partnership. She treats a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD, in both children and adults.

Dr. Jonathan Myrtil is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Central Florida, affiliated with North Florida Regional Medical Center. After completing his training, he remained at North Florida Regional as an adult psychiatrist and supervising physician, gaining experience treating patients in inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient program (IOP) settings.

Dr. Jennifer Snowden completed medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1995. She then completed a residency in general psychiatry at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, followed by a fellowship in forensic psychiatry also at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia from 1995-2000. She spent ten years practicing forensic psychiatry at a state hospital in Atlanta. She then decided that she wanted to travel and spent eighteen months as a locum tenens psychiatrist primarily practicing in New England. During this time, she met her future husband and they decided together that they eventually wanted to live in the New England area. In 2013, she officially became a telepsychiatrist, which eventually provided her with the opportunity to move to Rhode Island and practice out of the home she and her husband bought there. She initially saw patients via telepsychiatry at a community mental health center in rural Georgia and later took a position as a remote consultant telepsychiatrist at Acadia Hospital in Bangor, Maine. Dr. Snowden uses a practical and realistic approach with patients to assist them in identifying small, attainable goals and then motivating them to achieve those goals. She prefers to work with adults and relishes the opportunity to work with patients who are highly motivated for change.

Gregory Miller, DO, is an adult psychiatrist who prioritizes understanding his patients by first listening to their stories. He collaborates with them to develop both pharmacological and non-pharmacological solutions aimed at improving their functionality. Dr. Miller emphasizes that functioning better often leads to feeling better. Whenever possible, he approaches treatment within the context of the family system surrounding the individual. Raised in South Carolina, and now residents of Florida, Dr. Miller and his wife of 31 years have six children. He enjoys outdoor activities and team sports and is an avid fan of Tolkien and C.S. Lewis. He at times incorporates analogies from their works into therapy if appropriate.

Dr. Qureshi is a Board-Certified General Psychiatrist. She was born and raised in Hyderabad, India. She underwent her medical training at Mamata Medical College, India and completed residency at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Qureshi has gained extensive training in psychiatric inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings and has worked with diverse populations. She has practiced Telepsychiatry since her graduation, including working at community mental health centers serving the serious mentally ill in underserved areas. Dr. Qureshi's practice includes management of psychiatric disorders in adults including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and others. She is interested in treating issues related to women's health as well. Dr. Qureshi has an empathetic and culturally sensitive approach that is patient-centered and focused on building a strong therapeutic alliance. She believes in collaborating with other providers involved in the patient's care. Her approach involves medication management in tandem with therapy techniques like CBT, Supportive therapy, IPT, and motivation therapy.

Dr. Julie Rodriguez is an ABPN boarded adult psychiatrist with over 15 years of clinical experience. Dr. Rodriguez's practice focuses on medication management, which is offered in conjunction with supportive therapy. Dr. Rodriguez obtained her medical degree from the Universidad Cat�lica Madre y Maestra Dominican Republic. She then completed her residency in adult psychiatry at the University of Florida, in Gainesville. After completing training, Dr. Rodriguez became a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Florida Department of Psychiatry. In this role she served students at UF Student Mental Health at the Counseling and Wellness Center. She also provided treatment to adults in inpatient services and other settings. While doctor Dr. Rodriguez treats a variety of age ranges and diagnoses, she is most passionate about college student mental health with a clinical expertise in the area of mood and anxiety disorders.

Dr Mark Giordano is a board-certified psychiatrist with over ten years of experience in adult psychiatry, addiction medication, pregnancy and post-partum care, complex medical consultation, and military health. Dr G practices psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as evidenced based medication management. Dr G has extensive experience working with culturally diverse populations, and is an Army veteran who deployed to Korea and Afghanistan.

Patients often describe Dr G as caring, providing clear explanations, and responsive to concerns.   Dr G highly values his patients trusting him to listen and respect them, as well as in his clinicial skills.  He works hard at helping his patients understand his approach to treatment, and what is happening along the way and why. He may be the medical expert, but he and his patients are partners working together in the process of achieving better health and functionality for them so they can live their best lives.

Dr G starts by explaining his overall approach to medication management and his goal of helping his patients live a better life free of disability. He conducts a detailed evaluation of your concerns, your experiences, and your priorities in treatment.  Dr G develops a unique treatment plan based on your unique needs. Dr. Zezetko completed her medical training at the University of Georgia/August University Medical Partnership. While in medical school, she received a Master of Business Administration at the University of Georgia. She then moved to North Carolina to complete her psychiatric residency training at the Brody School of Medicine/ECU Health Medical Center. During her training, she gained extensive clinical experience in working with adults and veterans in psychiatric inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. She also served as a chief resident of the psychiatry program and published several case studies.

Dr. Zezetko relies on evidence-based treatments to guide pharmacotherapy decisions. In addition to medication management, she also incorporates supportive psychotherapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy techniques in her visits with her patients. When appropriate, Dr. Zezetko will refer patients for further psychotherapy and collaborate with therapists to provide more comprehensive care. Dr. Zezetko takes great pride in forming meaningful connections with her patients and listening to their concerns.

Dr. Zezetko will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and take time to understand patients’ individual concerns, mental health goals, and history. Dr. Parrish is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with extensive experience in community psychiatry, academic psychiatry, veterans' mental health, and correctional psychiatry. She completed medical school and adult psychiatry residency at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and a Master of Public Health from University of Virginia. She graduated with honors from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.  

Dr. Parrish is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society. She has also produced over 20 peer-reviewed papers and posters.  

Dr. Parrish has worked with geriatric patients, individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, patients with serious mental illness, women with perinatal and postpartum needs, individuals with cancer, patients with co-occurring substance use disorders, and combat veterans.  

Dr. Parrish takes a patient-centered collaborative approach to tailor treatment plans to meet each individual's goals. Her technique promotes overall wellness. Utilizing her expertise in diagnosis and pharmacology, she optimizes care, monitors progress and ensures treatment success. Dr. Parrish incorporates behavioral activation techniques to promote improved mental health and overall well-being, with the ultimate goal of helping patients feel their best.

Dr. Kathryn Bertacchi is board-certified in both adult and child & adolescent psychiatry. Originally from California, she earned her medical degree from University College Cork in Ireland and completed residency and fellowship at Emory University. She has practiced in varied settings, including developing specialized clinics in eating disorders and gender-affirming care. She is a member of several professional organizations including AACAP, APA, and WPATH.

Dr. Bertacchi fosters an inclusive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel safe to be themselves. She approaches care with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique story, aiming to help individuals feel genuinely heard and supported throughout their treatment journey.

In early sessions, Dr. Bertacchi works collaboratively to understand patients' lives, goals, and challenges. Dr. Lemaire Leo Pierre is a board certified adult psychiatric provider with over 10 years of experience. He has additional years working in the medical field as a physician assistant. Dr. Pierre's practice entails medication management accompanied by supportive psychotherapy. He frequently encourages other forms of psychotherapy with a counselor to maximize treatment outcomes. After completing medical school at Central America Health Science University, he returned to New York City and completed his psychiatry residency at New York Medical College Program at Metropolitan Hospital Center. Subsequently, he moved to Minnesota and worked with Park Nicollet Health Service/HealthPartners. She was proud to have her first position post-residency at the River Oaks Hospital Trauma Unit in New Orleans, LA where she treated patients with Complex PTSD and eating disorders. The Trauma Unit was one of a few of its kind nationally because it provided very specialized treatment that was affordable to many. Dr. Fatova then went on to work at the New Orleans Veterans Affairs Hospital for the last five years in its ambulatory outpatient mental health clinic. Dr. Chahin has practiced in various settings over her career: outpatient private practice, community mental health, Nurse Practitioners and medical student supervision, partial hospitalization and dual diagnosis rehabilitation programs. She is licensed in the states of New York, Florida, and Georgia. She also volunteers at the largest free clinic in Florida, helping uninsured children, teenagers, and families who cannot otherwise afford mental health care. She enjoys writing medical poetry, and her poems have been published in the AACAP journal. Dr. Chahin is very passionate about what she does and she loves making a difference in people's lives. Dr. Belalcazar did a fellowship in psychotherapy in Ulm, Germany and has a master's degree in Clinical and Family Psychology from his country-of-origin Colombia. Dr. Akshar Brahmbhatt, DO, attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he majored in Economics before earning his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University. He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He has experience in both inpatient and outpatient care and brings expertise in ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, bipolar depression, OCD, and a wide range of psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Brahmbhatt creates a warm, collaborative environment where patients feel heard and respected. He values open communication and works with patients to set meaningful, realistic goals at a pace that feels comfortable. Using evidence-based treatments, he explains the reasoning behind each approach so patients feel informed and empowered throughout their care.

In the first session, Dr. Brahmbhatt takes time to understand each patient’s history, concerns, and goals. Together, they identify key areas of focus and build an individualized treatment plan. Dr. Christopher Hoffman is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified psychiatrist with three years of experience. Dr. Hoffman provides patient-centered treatment using medication management, supportive therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Typically, medication management appointments are 30 minutes, and therapy appointments are 45 minutes. Psychotherapy slots with Dr. Hoffman are limited, so he often brings another therapist to the treatment team. Since graduating from psychiatry residency in 2019, Dr. Hoffman served in the Air Force as the sole psychiatrist, Medical Director, and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment program director at Edwards Air Force Base and has recently completed a fellowship in Forensic psychiatry.

Dr. Kaur is an adult psychiatrist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She completed her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science and Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in St. Kitts. Dr. Alicia Garcete is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist in practice for over 12 years. Her practice focuses on medication management, recognizing  family involvement is extremely important and is an integral part of treatment. Dr Garcete has treated a wide variety of patients. Her primary focus is treating depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD and OCD. Additionally, she can provide supportive therapy and elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy but on occasions more therapy support may be needed, and the recommendation to bring a psychotherapist on the care team may occur to provide an optimal outcome. Dr. Garcete is bilingual and provides care in both Spanish and English.

Prior to Talkiatry, Dr Garcete treated children, adolescents, and adults was at the intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care with focus on behavioral approaches in the Depression recovery and Anxiety/OCD programs.

Dr. Rode holds medical licenses in New York, South Carolina, and Georgia.

He has always been fascinated by how the brain works, especially in the setting of stress, anxiety, and trauma. He completed his training at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine MD/PhD program and earned his PhD in Neuroscience. He subsequently completed a Residency in Adult Psychiatry including an Anxiety Disorder Research Fellowship at the University of Florida. Dr. Gamberino had a private practice for over 10 years with a focus on providing psychotherapy integrated with pharmacological management. He worked for 25 years with adult and geriatric Veterans at Department of Veterans Affairs with focus on treating PTSD, as well as a full range of anxiety and mood disorders including 7 years of providing care through telehealth treatment. Dr. Gamberino also has 10 years of experience working with adolescents in the juvenile justice system.

Dr. Gamberino is experienced and comfortable treating a wide variety of psychiatric conditions including PTSD, mood disorders such as major depression and bipolar disorder, and all anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, social phobia, panic disorder, and OCD. He enjoys sharing knowledge with patients to help them better understand the origins of their symptoms and a range of strategies to manage them.

Dr. Courtney Allen is double board-certified in adult and geriatric psychiatry and specializes in medication management and various psychotherapies to treat anxiety and depressive disorders. Dr. Allen completed her undergraduate studies at Spelman College and received her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her adult psychiatry residency and geriatric psychiatry fellowship at Montefiore/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In addition to her interests in anxiety and depressive disorders, Dr. Allen also has a special interest in relationships and has completed a scholarly fellowship that focused on learning from some of the leaders in relationship science such as The Gottman Institute and PREP Inc. During this fellowship, she also served as a relationship coach at Montefiore Medical Center's Supporting Healthy Relationships Program. In her role as a psychiatrist, Dr. Allen seeks to create a safe space for her patients to feel supported while healing and figuring out how to lead a life that is fulfilling for them.
