Dr. Mollie Sadler earned her medical degree from the University at Buffalo and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her general psychiatry residency at Tower Health–Phoenixville Hospital, affiliated with Drexel University College of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Sadler has training in multiple psychotherapy modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, supportive therapy, and group therapy.

Her career has included serving as Director of Psychiatric Services at an addiction treatment center in Pittsburgh, PA, as well as Section Chief Psychiatrist for Addiction Services and then Chief of Psychiatry at VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, where she had the honor of caring for our nation’s Veterans for nearly 9 years.
