Rebecca Siwanowicz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began her career in 2013, maintaining various positions in both inpatient and outpatient settings while treating substance use and mental health disorders. Rebecca graduated with her BSW from Florida Atlantic University in 2013 and graduated with her MSW in 2016. Rebecca is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and is a Master's Level Certified Addiction Professional in the state of Florida.‍Rebecca's areas of expertise are trauma, anxiety and depressive disorders, issues related to codependency and low self-esteem, life transitions, self-care and emotion regulation. Rebecca takes an individualistic approach when treating clients, greatly valuing and promoting individuality and autonomy. Rebecca practices through the lens of Family Systems Theory and Attachment Theory, utilizing components of Existentialism, Strength Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, 12 Step Principles, and Client Centered Therapy. Rebecca takes a psychosocial approach toward treatment, providing her clients with unconditional positive regard, psychoeducation, and practical coping skills to support them in building a life of their choosing.

Dr. Alton Williams is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience practicing in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatry settings. He earned his medical degree from Washington University in Saint Louis and completed his psychiatry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. His clinical background allows him to support patients across a wide range of mental health needs with a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective.

Dr. Williams values open communication and works collaboratively with patients to set clear, meaningful treatment goals. Respect, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach are central to his practice. He believes mental health care is most effective when patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their care.

Dr. Williams begins by developing a thorough understanding of each patient’s history, concerns, and goals during the initial session. He creates individualized treatment plans that align with patient priorities and integrates medication management with supportive therapy and other evidence-based tools to promote lasting progress.

Brianna Campbell, LMHC, LPC, holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience providing telehealth and in-person therapy in community and private practice settings. She is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida for telehealth, with Virginia in progress. A National Certified Counselor, she also serves as a clinical intern supervisor and psychoeducational content creator. Her certifications include Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, TGNB care, Clinical Supervision, Telehealth training, DSM-5-TR differential diagnosis, and racial justice practices.

Brianna is warm, caring, collaborative, and evidence-based. She matches each client’s pace and style to create a tailor-made wellness plan. She supports clients seeking guidance with dating, gender and sexuality, anxiety and depression, life transitions, career and education stress, organization, and purpose. Therapy with her balances heart and mind, and she ensures clients leave with a personalized toolkit for growth.

She begins sessions by explaining therapy guidelines so clients feel comfortable and empowered. She explores the concern bringing them in, followed by history, strengths, and goals. Together, she develops a measurable, personalized treatment plan using person-centered care with CBT, solution-focused strategies, psychodynamic insight, and family systems approaches.

Dr. Tobias Murphy is a psychiatrist with Talkiatry who is licensed to provide care in the states of Ohio, West Virginia, and New York. He completed medical school and psychiatry residency at Marshall University's School of Medicine. He has additional training in neuropsychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. During his training, Dr. Murphy was actively involved in teaching medical students and residents. His most frequent lectures included LGBT and transgender mental health. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the American Association of Gay and Lesbian Psychiatrists, the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. He was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and given awards for Inclusion and Advocacy as well as Honors in Community Service during training. He has published papers, presented at conferences, and served as an ad-hoc reviewer for medical journals. Dr. Murphy approaches medication management through the lens of compassionate listening and psychotherapy, seeking to reduce the stigma of mental illness and put patients at ease during their visits. He has experience treating a variety of conditions, including bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and anxiety. He enjoys working with a diverse population of patients providing culturally informed care. Follow-up patient visits will include both supportive therapy and medication management during 30-minute encounters.

Penny Clark is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who earned her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey in 2004. Penny also completed a one-year training to become a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York in 2017. Penny has more than 20 years of counseling experience and has worked with individuals, couples and families, beginning by working with 9/11 displaced workers and recovery workers, including police, firemen and EMTs, and then Hurricane Katrina and Superstorm Sandy families, after which she worked with bereaved military families, homeless veterans, and other homeless men. Penny has done individual, couples, career and relationship counseling. Penny has worked in various levels of care including inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial care programs. Penny has answered the National Suicide Prevention Hotline 800-273-TALK, has worked in a psychiatrist’s office, and in her own private practice. Penny also worked at a drug and alcohol detox and rehabilitation program.  Penny has worked with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, health and medical challenges, substance abuse, and the specific challenges that seniors face.

Penny provides a safe, therapeutic environment in which clients can share and process their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and set and reach realistic and achievable goals. Penny’s primary goal is to develop a trusting relationship with her clients and helping them to improve their lives.

Penny uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT,) Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation while working with clients. Penny enjoys assisting clients in determining where they are and where they would like to be, the steps they need to take to get there, and in identifying and overcoming any obstacles that may be in their way.

Alexis Lanzillo, MA BC-DMT, NCC, LPC (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and Dance/Movement Therapist. She received her master’s degree as a Dance/Movement Therapist from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is also board certified through the American Dance Therapy Association. She has over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults of various demographics, living with a vast array of mental health needs.

Alexis is a humanistic therapist, maintaining a clinical focus of a trauma-informed lens. She uses a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, rooted in dance/movement therapy principles, while integrating elements of additional evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and other mindfulness-based techniques, all with a deep commitment to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space for her clients. She encourages clients to use their voice, verbally and non-verbally enable self-expression to help people build and maintain a positive sense of self.

Meet people where they are at, is always her focus. Alexis believes in the power of the relationship, to self and others, and works with each motivated individual to explore one's own unique experiences, challenge negative beliefs, while gaining a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. Alexis will be there to support clients in reaching personal goals, challenge beliefs that no longer serve a purpose, encourage healthy risk taking, and establishing healthy boundaries with self and others.
