Leslie Peck, LICSW

Leslie Peck, LICSW, LCSW, earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor’s in Human Services and an Associate’s in Criminal Justice. She brings over 25 years of experience across Child Welfare Systems, Department of Corrections, Community Mental Health, and Hospice. Leslie is licensed in Washington and Nevada and holds Clinical Supervision Certifications in both states.

Leslie’s style blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with talk therapy. She uses ACT tools to help clients question and accept their thoughts, manage symptoms in the moment, and find relief from overwhelming feelings. Her work is trauma informed, and she provides a safe, supportive space where clients are guided toward their own insights and empowered to navigate past trauma and daily challenges.

Leslie begins by exploring family of origin history and current stressors. As therapy progresses, she introduces practical tools for symptom management, incorporating ACT strategies and Attachment Theory assessments to support healthy relationships. Sessions are client led and responsive to what feels most important. She commonly works with PTSD/CPTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, ADHD, and grief.
