Crystal Branham is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in healthcare. She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner since 2011, following her work as a registered nurse from 2004–2011. Crystal earned her graduate and postgraduate degrees from Northern Kentucky University, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, and an associate degree from Pikeville College. Her background includes roles as a clinical educator, clinical practice manager, emergency room nurse, and telehealth psychiatric provider.

Board Certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2014, she has practiced across Community Mental Health, inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, TMS, and Suboxone treatment. Glenn is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in health care, dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of his community. With a background in both inpatient and outpatient settings, he is committed to helping individuals become the best versions of themselves—no matter where they are in their journey at the time of their first appointment.

Outside of work, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family, biking, and being outdoors.

He takes a patient-centered approach and emphasizes that he, too, is human. Everyone faces challenges at different times and in different ways. Glenn adopts a holistic perspective, recognizing that effective treatment involves understanding how life challenges impact a person as a whole. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, empathetic, and practical care to all his patients.

Farrah Lamoreux has worked almost exclusively in community mental health centers in Iowa and Arizona for the last 15 years. She has been providing telepsychiatry services since 2013 across several states, serving hospitals, community mental health centers, local jails, and residential treatment facilities. Farrah was the lead prescriber for Living Out Loud, a mental health program exclusively for LGBTQ+ persons. She has experience working with patients with comorbid mental health and HIV+ status, as well as a long history of supporting individuals with severe mental illness.

Farrah earned her Master’s in Nursing from Allen College and has mentored countless new Psychiatric Nurse Graduates in their first year of outpatient practice. She also precepts students working to achieve their Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Certification. Additionally, she was part of the pilot program for Integrated Behavioral Health Home, integrating primary care into treatment for patients with severe mental illness.

Farrah offers a warm, patient-centered approach to psychiatry. She is well known for being easy to talk to and down to earth. Farrah believes the patient is the most important part of the treatment team and actively engages patients in the decision-making process regarding their care. Patients say she listens, makes them feel heard, and tailors care to best fit their needs. She enjoys collaborating with therapists whenever possible to ensure the best outcomes. While Farrah specializes in the treatment of ADHD; she also treats Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Panic, Agoraphobia, OCD, and Bipolar Disorder.

Jennifer Young-Cott is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings compassion, warmth, and a strong commitment to patient well-being into her work. Outside of clinical practice, Jennifer enjoys learning Spanish and spending time hiking with her dog, Mavis—interests that help her maintain balance and bring a holistic perspective to care.

Bryce Thacker grew up in a rural community, where he learned the value of helping others achieve their best selves to support overall community health and well-being. With a passion for helping people live their best lives, he earned his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Nebraska and completed his nursing education at Creighton University. He went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and in Community Health, from Creighton University, and later completed a nursing practice degree at the University of Colorado with a focus on population and community health. He also holds a post-graduate certification in psychiatric mental health from Washburn University.

Bryce practiced family medicine for 18 years before transitioning to psychiatric mental health in 2022. His background in both physical and mental health gives him a holistic perspective on care. Since shifting his focus, he has helped individuals improve their quality of life through medication management for mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. He continues to live in a rural community with his family and remains committed to helping people become their best selves.

Bryce believes that each person’s “best self” is unique and that mental health care should meet individuals where they are. He emphasizes a collaborative, client-centered approach, always keeping the individual’s goals at the heart of care. Lindsey Stewart, PMHNP, holds three Bachelor’s degrees in Biology, Medical Technology, and Nursing, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career in 2011, working in inpatient psychiatry, and later expanded her experience to community mental health and home health for patients with behavioral health needs. In 2018, she earned her PMHNP certification from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and has since spent six years providing behavioral health medication management at an FQHC, treating patients across the lifespan.

Lindsey is passionate about her work and values each patient’s unique life story. She focuses on meeting patients where they are and creating customized treatment plans that align with their goals. Her care is rooted in a patient-centered approach, ensuring collaboration and respect throughout the treatment process.

Lindsey’s process blends structure with flexibility, tailoring care to each patient’s needs. She begins by establishing a diagnosis and treatment plan, integrating medication management, therapy, collaborative goal-setting, and ongoing progress monitoring. Ashley LaBanca provides medication management and supportive psychotherapy services. She has worked in mental health for over 12 years. A graduate of the University of North Dakota, she began her career in an outpatient setting, later transitioning into a lead nurse practitioner role before moving into telehealth services. Her goal is to reach individuals in need when in-person care is not feasible. Ashley lives in North Dakota with her family and enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with them.

Ashley views medication as a tool rather than a cure. She incorporates alternative treatments by assessing physical health, exploring natural alternatives to medication, focusing on nutrition, and helping clients develop coping skills to manage daily stressors. She worked as a Registered Nurse in inpatient psychiatry for five years before transitioning to outpatient care as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in 2017. Maegan has experience treating patients across the lifespan, from school-aged children to older adults. She is especially attuned to the challenges of young adulthood, parenting, and navigating complex family dynamics. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University and a Post Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Valdosta State University. Myrtle is skilled in assessing and treating a variety of mental health disorders including but not limited to anxiety, major depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and other mood disorders across the life span. She is trained in psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, and supportive therapy. Over the past 7 years, she has gained valuable experience in a number of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and residential facilities, community mental health clinics, and private practice.

Myrtle is dedicated to providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment where patients can expect to be heard, emotionally validated, and supported. She will ensure that patients are well-informed, empowering them to be active participants in managing their care. By fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, she will support her patients in achieving long-term mental wellness and resilience.

Alana Ward is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). Alan has been practicing since 2018 and has experience with individuals of all ages. Prior to becoming a PMHNP, Alana worked as a registered nurse in critical care and psychiatry. As a PMHNP, she has experience working on inpatient adult and geriatric psychiatric units, as well as providing psychiatric evaluations and consultations to individuals on medical units and emergency rooms at hospitals. Alana is very experienced working in outpatient settings managing various psychiatric diagnoses. She has also helped manage individuals in long term care facilities and assisted living facilities. When Alana is not providing direct patient care, she will on occasion help with instructing future nurses at Kent State University. Alana graduated with her Master's of Science in Nursing from Kent State University, and is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurse Credentialing Center. Alana enjoys treating a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, mood disorders such as bipolar disorder, and various psychotic disorders. She believes in client-centered care, where clients get a say in their treatment in order to help make them feel their best. Alana truly believes that therapy is a crucial part of successfully treating any mental health diagnosis, in combination with medication management when warranted. Alana likes to add mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to her medication management appointments to help individuals receive effective, quality care.
