Biography
Connie Fisk, PMHNP, has worked in the mental health field for over 40 years and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2013. She has experience working with active-duty military members, individuals facing addiction, corrections populations, and the chronically ill in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Connie is board certified through the American Nurses Association.
Connie values a team-based approach built on open communication and active listening. She believes every patient deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity, just as she would want her own loved ones to be treated.
Connie begins by obtaining a thorough history and listening carefully to each client’s concerns in order to develop clear treatment goals. Together, she and her patients create individualized plans that best support their needs and overall well-being.
