LeeAnne Poloronis, LMHC, has extensive experience in private practice serving children, adolescents, and adults. She has also contributed as a school counselor and mental health coordinator in a PK-8 setting, supporting students, families, and staff across educational and mental health needs. Additionally, she has experience as a classroom teacher, mentor teacher, and professional development leader, nurturing youth and staff growth.

Paulina Bollat Orbea, LCSW

Paulina Bollat Orbea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Colorado. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Florida International University and has worked in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient clinic, psychiatric hospital, correctional facility, community mental health, university counseling and research and private practice environments.

Paulina has experience working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, family conflict, LGBTQ+ related concerns, substance use disorders and other mental health concerns. Paulina has worked with people of diverse ethnicities, cultures and identities. As a Guatemalan native, she is also able to offer therapy in Spanish.

Paulina’s therapeutic approach is dependent on the patient’s needs. She largely follows a Cognitive Behavioral approach, while also implementing psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Person-Centered and Solution-Focused orientations. Chelsea Bey-Moon, LCSW

Chelsea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience in the field of mental health. Chelsea studied Sociology at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte North Carolina and obtained a master’s degree in social work at Norfolk State in Virginia. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, seniors, and families in various practice settings, such as psychiatric facilities, crisis stabilization/ substance abuse units, and outpatient agencies.

She specializes in working with individuals challenged with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Self-defeating thoughts, Communication, Boundary setting, Coping Skills, Parenting, and Life transitions. Chelsea is passionate about providing holistic modalities of treatment to assist clients to manage mental health. She has experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness Techniques, Person-Centered and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Kacey Peterson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege in New York and Florida, where she also serves as a Telehealth Provider. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Florida Atlantic University before completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Long Island University.

Kacey has experience supporting individuals in residential, crisis, and outpatient settings, helping those managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem, adjustment issues, and relational challenges. She draws on Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Trauma-Informed approaches to ensure care is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
