Dr. Devin Cromartie Bodrick, M.D., M.P.H., is a board-certified adult psychiatrist based in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Cromartie Bodrick earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Howard University, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health from Harvard University. After completing her psychiatry residency at Boston Medical Center, Dr. Bodrick stayed on as an Attending Psychiatrist and Associate Professor, where she gained valuable experience in trauma-informed care and culturally responsive treatment, particularly for African Americans and other marginalized communities. Dr. Mirica Sanders is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She graduated from Tennessee State University and earned her medical degree from Ohio University College of Medicine. She completed her Psychiatry Residency as Chief Resident at The Cleveland Clinic and pursued advanced training in community and public psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Sanders has experience practicing in both outpatient and inpatient settings and holds a special interest in women’s mental health.

Dr. Sanders values creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and heard. She encourages openness and authenticity, aiming for each patient to leave with a clear understanding of their treatment plan. She also welcomes questions to ensure patients feel fully informed and supported throughout their care.

Patients can expect a conversational interview in which Dr. Sanders gathers medical, social, family, and psychiatric history to inform a personalized treatment plan. Each session involves collaboration, with patients actively participating in shaping their care. Following appointments, patients receive an after-visit summary and instructions to guide them between sessions.

Dr. Lundgren is a board-eligible adult psychiatrist who completed his residency at the University of Rochester. During his final year, he served as Chief Resident in both inpatient and emergency psychiatry, demonstrating leadership and clinical excellence in high-acuity settings.

Before beginning his medical journey, Dr. Lundgren earned a degree in philosophy from the University of Georgia. He went on to serve as a police officer and investigator near Atlanta, Georgia, for six years. These formative experiences gave him unique insight into the complex relationship between mental health and personal well-being, safety, and fulfillment. Motivated by this perspective, he pursued a degree in neuroscience at Columbia University, graduating with honors, before attending medical school.

Dr. Lundgren brings experience across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency psychiatric care. He emphasizes a strong therapeutic alliance, supportive psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatment. He is committed to understanding people within the context of their experiences and circumstances, recognizing how these factors may contribute to their mental health concerns and strengths.

Dr. Lundgren provides comprehensive psychiatric medication management and cares for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health conditions. Dr. Ellis is a graduate of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. He completed his psychiatric residency at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center in Camden, NJ, where he served as Chief Resident his senior year. Dr. Ellis has served as Assistant Medical Director of the community mental health center of Gloucester County for 28 years, providing care to a diverse population. Additionally, Dr. Ellis maintained a private practice for 15 years, treating individuals and their families with ongoing collaboration with therapists and other health care providers

Dr. Alejandra Vivas is board-certified in adult psychiatry and board-eligible in child and adolescent psychiatry. She completed her general psychiatry residency at Montefiore Medical Center and a child and adolescent fellowship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Vivas brings extensive experience from outpatient, emergency, and telepsychiatry settings. She has advanced training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to culturally sensitive, individualized care.

Dr. Vivas fosters a warm, respectful, and professional space where patients feel seen and empowered. She values open communication and builds collaborative relationships to align treatment with each person’s values, goals, and lifestyle. Her approach is integrative and flexible, grounded in evidence-based methods to support lasting, meaningful change.

Dr. Emily Goncalves is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who earned her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University and medical degree from the American University of Antigua. She holds an MBA from Plymouth State University focusing on health care administration. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health, where she was chief resident and completed her fellowship in consultation liaison psychiatry at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami. Dr. Goncalves specializes in treating patients with psychiatric disorders with complex medical illnesses, cancer, and also has expertise in reproductive psychiatry. She is experienced in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, psychosis, substance use disorders, and adult ADHD. Dr. Goncalves had the opportunity to work in various settings with a diverse patient population including veterans, inmates, cancer patients, and perinatal and postpartum patients. Dr. Goncalves provides medication management along with psychotherapy.
