Stephanie uses an eclectic, empowering approach that integrates Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, culturally responsive practices, and client-centered treatment. LaTia Green, LPC, LMHC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with over 10 years of clinical experience in outpatient, community-based, and addiction residential treatment settings. Her clinical focus includes grief and loss, anxiety, depression, substance use and recovery, life transitions, relational distress, and chronic stressors. LaTia is an integrative, client-centered, trauma-informed clinician and LPC-Supervisor who also provides supervision to LPC-Associates.
LaTia offers a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. She values collaboration and open communication, helping clients build self-compassion, confidence, and healthier boundaries. Her approach is both empathetic and goal-oriented, meeting clients where they are while supporting meaningful and sustainable change.

Holding degrees in Clinical Social Work and Music Therapy, she utilizes various evidence-based approaches to support clients in their healing process. Pat's treatment style is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR techniques to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual. Previously, she worked in child welfare, private practice, forensic mental health, hospice, and palliative care.With a passion for supporting adult clients, Pat creates a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore and address their challenges. She believes strongly in the importance of mental health for all, and aims to foster a collaborative environment focused on personal growth, resilience, and healing. In her off time, Pat enjoys traveling, singing, and spending time with family and loved ones.

Ashley Fisher, LMSW

Ashley Fisher is a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience as a therapist. She graduated from Juniata College with her Bachelor's of Social Work (BSW) in 2011 and received her Master's of Social Work (MSW) in 2015 from Shippensburg University. Ashley has had the opportunity to practice in various settings throughout her career with clients of all ages, in both mental health and/or substance abuse outpatient and inpatient settings. Ashley is a warm, genuine, accepting, and empathetic therapist. She provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment in which to collaborate with clients to reach their goals. Garmis Sena, LMHC, is a licensed therapist with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. She brings a background in community mental health, school-based services, and outpatient therapy. Her clinical work includes treating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
Garmis believes therapy should feel safe while also encouraging growth. She values honesty, trust, and emotional safety, and incorporates a holistic lens that considers mind, body, relationships, and life experiences. Patients can expect to be heard without judgment as she meets them where they are and supports them in building toward meaningful change.
Garmis begins by learning each patient’s story, stressors, and goals. She works collaboratively to identify patterns, triggers, and emotional blocks, and together develops realistic and personalized treatment goals. Sessions are structured yet adaptable, incorporating practical tools patients can use outside the therapy room. She regularly reviews progress and adjusts the approach as growth evolves.

Algion Seals is a LMHC who received his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. He has worked with families, couples, and individuals of varying ages and focused on grief, LGBTQIA+ related issues, anxiety, depression, as well as mood and personality disorders. Mr. Seals has a person-centered approach to therapy along with incorporating CBT, DBT, Adlerian Theory, and elements of trauma therapy as well as elements of sex therapy.

Abigail McMorrow, LCSW

Abigail McMorrow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families, and group therapy with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Abigail graduated from the University of Chicago with a master's in social work. She received her bachelor's in arts from Hampshire College, where she studied social work and psychology. Abigail has extensive experience working with people from all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. She specializes in working with people who experienced and are experiencing trauma, struggling to manage substance use, as well as people diagnosed with mood disorders and anxiety. Abigail draws from a relational approach to the therapeutic relationship pulling from trauma-informed care, psychodynamic principles, and mindfulness techniques. Flexibility is core to Abigail's trauma-informed approach and incorporates Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT principles as may be needed. Abigail works to hold space for your unique experience and support a better understanding of yourself and your relationships, a greater sense of meaning and purpose, and an increased ability to manage the challenges of everyday life.
