Biography
I believe therapy should feel safe while also encouraging growth. I value honesty, trust, and emotional safety, and I incorporate a holistic lens that considers mind, body, relationships, and life experiences. My clinical work includes treating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. Patients can expect to be heard without judgment as I meet them where they are and support them in building toward meaningful change.
I am a licensed therapist with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I bring a background in community mental health, school-based services, and outpatient therapy. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
I begin by learning each patient's story, stressors, and goals. I work collaboratively to identify patterns, triggers, and emotional blocks, and together we develop realistic and personalized treatment goals. Sessions are structured yet adaptable, incorporating practical tools patients can use outside the therapy room. I regularly review progress and adjust the approach as growth evolves.
