Biography
My work is grounded in mindfulness and holistic care, supporting individuals navigating addiction, life transitions, grief, and relationships. I work with individuals and couples to build resilience, deepen connection, and create more meaningful lives. I take a relational, experiential, and client-centered approach, emphasizing connection as a path to healing, and I integrate mindfulness, Gestalt, Rogerian therapy, and creative arts into sessions. My style is warm, collaborative, and engaging, incorporating curiosity, creativity, and reflection. I provide gender-affirming, trauma-informed care that honors each patient's identity and supports authentic self-expression.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with a PhD in Counselor Education, a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling, and an advanced certificate in Mental Health Counseling.
I begin by building trust and understanding each patient's story and goals. I collaborate with patients to tailor care to their needs, encouraging openness and curiosity. My process integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and creative techniques to foster insight and growth. Throughout treatment, I offer guidance, support, and space for patients to discover meaningful, lasting change.
