Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).

Dr. Jonathan Bui is an MD who earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He served as a military psychiatrist for eight years, including deployment to Iraq, and was honorably discharged as a Major. He has experience in both outpatient and inpatient care, with a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered treatment.

He collaborates with patients to set achievable treatment goals and draws on extensive experience in treating a variety of mental illnesses, including post-traumatic stress disorder, to ensure the best outcomes.
