Biography
Alifaire Sweeney is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She earned her master's degree in Human Services with a specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University. She specializes in EMDR for trauma and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting, family conflict, and life transitions.
Alifaire creates a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. She believes therapy is a collaborative process and tailors treatment to each person's strengths, experiences, and values. Her goal is to help clients build practical coping skills, increase resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
