Biography
Erika Reid is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience in mental health and medical social work. She earned her Master of Social Work from Florida International University in 2015. Erika is bilingual in English and Spanish and proudly served in the United States Navy Reserves from 2004 to 2012.
Erika has experience working with children, adults, older adults, families, and individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds. She has supported people with Autism, ADHD, and multiple medical disabilities. She strives to provide compassionate, respectful care tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
Erika partners with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that build on their strengths and support lasting progress. She draws from Crisis Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Biopsychosocial Medical Model to help patients navigate challenges and improve overall well-being.
