Biography
Tara Lundy is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. She has worked in private practice, community mental health, inpatient psychiatry, and innovative treatment settings including ketamine, Spravato, and TMS care. Tara is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized mental health treatment in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
Tara takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach that combines medication management, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation. She enjoys helping patients across the lifespan and has a special interest in holistic mental health care, including the connection between nutrition and emotional wellness. Tara treats anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and stress-related concerns.
Tara focuses on creating a welcoming space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. During the initial visit, she reviews psychiatric and medical history, discusses current concerns and goals, and works closely with patients to develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs.
