Biography
Diane London is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients move forward—one step at a time—on their journey toward healing, health, and wellness. She believes in meeting clients where they are and creating a supportive space for growth. A quote that guides both her personal and professional life is: “There is pain in change. There is pain in remaining the same. Choose the one that moves you forward.” — Earnie Larson.
Diane brings a collaborative, compassionate, and personalized approach to therapy. She works alongside clients to help them navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable. She welcomes adolescents ages 12 and older, as well as adults, couples, and families.
Diane tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her advanced training includes EMDR, Brainspotting, trauma treatment, mediation, sex therapy, discernment counseling, and military family life consulting. She also uses relationship-focused tools such as Prepare/Enrich, the Gottman Relationship Checkup, and techniques informed by the Gottman Method and Esther Perel’s work.
