Biography
Patients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic space where they feel respected, heard, and understood. My work is informed by systems-based, relational, and evidence-based therapies, allowing me to support individuals, couples, and families with diverse concerns. I provide high-quality, individualized care that is culturally responsive and inclusive, balancing compassion with clinical rigor to help patients gain insight, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change aligned with their values and lived experiences.
I am a licensed doctoral-level Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience in behavioral health. I have provided psychotherapy and clinical leadership across outpatient, community mental health, and integrated care settings, supporting diverse populations with complex mental health needs. I have held leadership roles, including Director of Mental Health Programs, overseeing clinical operations and multidisciplinary teams.
I begin by developing a thorough understanding of each patient's history, relationships, strengths, and goals. Sessions are conversational, thoughtfully paced, and focused on both insight and practical strategies. Together, the patient and I collaborate on a personalized treatment plan using evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible, supportive, and responsive to evolving needs.
