Biography
I bring over thirty years of clinical experience and an inclusive, relational, insight-oriented approach to therapy. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and creating a welcoming space where clients feel seen and understood. I integrate CBT, DBT, EFT, MI, ACT, and psychodynamic therapies to foster meaningful, lasting change. I have worked with Holocaust survivors, AIDS patients, and those grieving losses during COVID, as well as individuals facing perinatal stress, traumatic loss, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I have guided and supported folks facing chronic and acute illness, preparing for major surgeries, and major life transitions.
I offer a compassionate, collaborative environment grounded in respect and curiosity. I tailor treatment to each client's unique history, strengths, and goals, helping them process complex emotions and build resilience. My relational style encourages self-awareness and empowers clients to navigate relationship challenges, workplace stress, and personal growth with greater clarity and confidence.
I begin with a thorough assessment to understand each client's story, concerns, and aspirations. Together, we develop clear goals and a personalized treatment plan. Drawing from evidence-based and depth-oriented modalities, I support clients in developing practical coping tools, gaining insight into patterns, and cultivating sustainable change and renewed hope.
