Over the years I've worked with children, adolescents, and here at Talkiatry, adults who are moving through a hard transition and want to feel more like themselves on the other side of it.

My approach is empathetic, encouraging, and genuine, and it starts from a simple belief: you already carry the tools for growth, and my job is to help you find and use them. I begin with a thorough clinical assessment so I actually understand your background, what's weighing on you, and what you're hoping to change.
