Biography
I'm a therapist specializing in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and the relationship concerns that tend to show up alongside them, with more than ten years of experience across private practice, clinical, and school settings. Over the years I've worked with children, adolescents, and here at Talkiatry, adults who are moving through a hard transition and want to feel more like themselves on the other side of it.
My approach is empathetic, encouraging, and genuine, and it starts from a simple belief: you already carry the tools for growth, and my job is to help you find and use them. I begin with a thorough clinical assessment so I actually understand your background, what's weighing on you, and what you're hoping to change. From there we build a personalized plan together, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused strategies. Sessions tend to be practical and forward-looking, aimed at easing symptoms, strengthening your coping skills, and setting goals that are meaningful and genuinely reachable. My hope is that the work builds real confidence and resilience, and moves you toward a steadier sense of inner peace.
I'll be honest with you and I'll work at a pace that feels manageable, not rushed. You'll leave a session feeling heard, and with something concrete to hold onto.
Curious whether we'd work well together? That's exactly what a first visit is for.
