Biography
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who specializes in helping individuals navigate profound life challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing. My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on creating a strong, trusting relationship where patients feel truly seen and understood. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can process pain, reconnect with inner strengths, and reclaim their personal narratives.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience working in group practice settings and Post-Traumatic Stress retreat environments. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma and significant life stressors. I earned a master's degree in Counseling from Concordia University Irvine, as well as an additional master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration.
I begin treatment by developing a thorough understanding of each patient's history, concerns, and goals during the initial session. From there, I work collaboratively with patients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and support sustainable growth and healing.
